Chapter XXVIII

11 Years Later

"Scorpius hurry up."
Draco shouted.

"Coming, Dad."
Scorpius shouted as he came running behind him with his trolley.

"Together?"
Draco said taking the sides of the trolley.

Both of them running through onto the platform, as I followed behind them. I got onto the platform and missed it so much, the back to school rush. Seeing everyone with their kids now was so strange. I followed behind Draco and Scorpius as they went over to Albus and Rose who were both starting their first year along with him.

"Hi."
I said to everyone hug each of them.

"Still nervous are we."
Harry said to Scorpius.

"A little bit."
Scorpius said.

"It's alright to be nervous, I was. Definitely something you get from me."
I said smiling down at him, his eyes grey like Draco's.

"Right best get everything on the train."
Ron said.

"Have you got everything?"
I asked.

"Yes, Mum."
He said giving me a big hug.

"We'll write every week."
Draco said to him.

He let go of me, giving Draco a hug. I had to turn away trying to not let a tear slip down my face.

Turning back they walked with their trunks towards the train and boarded. The whilstle of the train going off, all 4 of them waving at us all as we waved them off.

"That them gone till Christmas."
Hermione said, letting a tear slip down her face.

"It seems so far away."
Ginny said.

"They better have fun. I know Rose, Scorpius and Albus were planning something. Maybe a prank."
Ron said laughing.

"Yeah, taking after her uncles."
Hermione said, leaning her head on his shoulder.

"Well, they best not get a howlers like you in second year."
Harry said laughing at him.

"Shut up, Harry."
Ron said laughing slightly.

"Wait they won't be back till Christmas."
Lily, Hugo and Sophia exclaimed.

"Just think, you get the house to yourselves.
Draco said crouching at their level.

"Plus it much more fun at home."
He said slowly standing back up.

"By the way, we were think maybe Christmas at ours this year?"
I said looking at the group.

"We've got plenty of space. And I think it time for a change of scenery since were always at Ron and Hermione's."
I said.

"Can we Mum, please, please, please."
Hugo asked.

"Okay, but you're cooking, Mia."
Hermione said laughing.

We turned walking out of Kings Cross heading home. To a quiet peaceful house. The house would be so empty without Scorpius, but I just knew he was having fun already.
