"He is really intense..." once they're secured at their seats in business class area, Jasper just spilled his mind.
"Huh? who??"
"Your fiancé, Dylan. i'm about get burn under his stare!"
"What? Noo....he always staring people like that and it's doesn't meant anything." scoffed her.
"Yue, you never change huh? So dense, that's why you never see me..." he is now faking the pity face everytime he mentioned their not-so-history.
"Ge...." warned her while glaring at that fake sad face.
"Ok, fine..sorry but he is really smitten with you. His eyes so different when stare at you.. oh well, nothing weird, you two about getting married though. Good for you to have the man who sincerely love you. I will definitely attend your wedding later. Who's know that my ex will marry before me..."
"Ex what...? Stop mindlessly joking around like that, ge.. i don't want your Lily pull my hair because you blabber mouth." glared her to Jasper who making mock face.
This man almost 40 but he acting like child, knowing this guy almost 10 years since she's started the internship last time, then continue as his junior at the financial firm in New York. Even when she changed the workplace, she never stop contacting Jasper to get any opinion regarding the financial, he is master in that field though. Until she decided to offer a place in her own company as Financial head and advisor, lucky for her Jasper didn't take much time to accept the offer.
He even said that he want to settle down by return anywhere near to his hometown, Taiwan and to built his own family with her long time girlfriend, Lily Yan which also Yue's housemate for three years in the New York.
"Ah...she will drooling if she seeing your fiancé for sure. You know your friend." said him nonchalantly.
Lily Yan is avid fangirl especially the boy band from korea or any handsome actors from Asia. Yue itself had been dragged by her one time to go to BTS concert in LA. However, she absolutely fell head over heels with Jasper. She is declaring that no one can be top than her Jasper.
She is the eccentric kind of girl, very passionate while Jasper is more mellow but friendly.
Jasper and Lily is lovely and silly couple, they already going out for long time but no hints to settle down. Knowing her friend, Lily, she hardly love the idea about the marriage same as Yue. That's why they can be clicked together as housemate. Even Jasper moving to Shanghai, she can be calm and rather be in long distance relationship than follow Jasper along.
