They went on discussing their plan, looking up at the projection of space, laying on fake grass, on a man-made hill.
"Hey, Minerva.." Athenian sighed.
"Mhm?" she responded absentmindedly, they were working on their escape and other inventions for the bennifit of the academy they're trying to get out of. An odd sort of choice in retrospect.
"...Do you want to commit a double suicide?" he asked, this woke Minerva up instantly, she rolled on the stomach to face him.
"What?"
"It was sort of a joke." He said calmly,
"Athen, no, please, don't joke about that...or, you know, do that."
Minerva waited for him to say 'okay, I won't" or something similar, but the phrase never came out, Athen just curled back up on the faux ground looking the other way. This worried her, for obvious reasons, but mostly because she doesn't know how to deal with other people and their emotions. A downside in the 'willingly-friendless' lifestyle.
The only reason she hung around Athenian is because they are supposedly counterparts and that he never showed many feelings. They only usually shared (counter)ideas, theories, solutions and the occasional coffee.
She didn't know what to say after that, was she suppose to say anything? She didn't have any advice to give out, all she knew is that she didn't want to leave him by himself. Minerva pets him on the head and says "Come on, we might as well get back to work." A distraction might do him good, temporarily...she thought about asking Ceres to watch him by spending time with him, but she didn't want to insult him by basically being babysat, even if he didn't catch on to it. Athenian agrees to being productive and sits up, "Where should we start back up?'
