Ty's POV
I clenched the arm rests on the seats with my hands, pressing myself to the back of the seat. I tightly gripped Adam's hand as the plane lurched forwards.
"Don't think about the fact that you're in a giant hunk of metal hurdling 300 miles an hour 60,000 feet off the ground." Jace whispered in my ear and I began to sweat.
"You're so mean, Jace!" Adam said. I swallowed a lump in my throat and stared ahead of me, into the back of the seat in front of me.
"Don't listen to Jace." Skyler whispered in my ear. "She's always making things worse."
I could feel myself began to tremble in my seat as I thought of the fact that I was in a giant hunk of metal hurdling 300 miles an hour 60,000 feet off the ground.
Dammit, Jace.
Adam put his arms around me and enveloped me in a hug and my muscles tensed for a minute, then I relaxed and felt Adam's embrace calm me and slow my breathing.
"I'm so glad I got married to you." I said and kissed Adam on the cheek. I could hear our kidnappers 'aww'ing in the background, but I ignored it as i snuggled up with Adam.
Maybe it wasn't such a bad thing to be afraid of heights.
