The Cold Stare

"MALFOY!" I yell crying. Ron was knocked out and I pulled off the ropes that were on me. Malfoy looked at me with sad and cold eyes. I was still only in my bra and underwear and I tried to cover myself. I heard Ron groan and I ran. The only idea I had in my mind was this.

I ran to Malfoy and I hugged him. "Thank you" I said crying into his chest. He looked at me with his cold grey eyes and soon after I squeezed him a bit I looked in his eyes again and they had changed. They were now lighter and warmer. Ron ran at us. "LEAVE HER ALONE YOU GIT!" Malfoy Yelled at Ron. They both raised their wands. "Stupify!" Ron yelled and hit Malfoy. "Expelliarmus!" Malfoy Yelled back and Rons wand flew across the hall. "Oh you'll pay for that git!" Ron Said and ran to Malfoy and punched him in his cheek bone. I saw it start to bleed and looked away. 

DRACO MALFOY POV:
I felt the warm blood rub down my face but that wasn't what I could think about right now. All I could think about was the pain in Granger's voice when she yelled. "Stop it! Stop it Ron please! You're hurting him! You're  hurting yourself. You're hurting me!" I felt the anger rush into me. I threw that Weasel agains the wall and blood ran down his elbow. "Don't touch her again. Or next time something worse will happen to you." I say in a low voice so that Granger wouldn't hear. I slammed him one more time and knocked him out. I ran to Granger to make sure she was okay but she wasn't. She was siting in the corner curled up into a ball crying into her legs. I stood there for a minute not knowing what to do.

I sat down next to her and rubbed her back. "You should probably leave before this arse wakes up again" I say in a cold and harsh voice. I can't make it obvious that I love her. She probably doesn't even love me back. "I just. I almost got- I got raped Malfoy!" She sobbed harder and stood up. She looked at me straight in the eyes making eye contact for about a minute. I didn't know how to react but I feel so sorry for her. "Go. Go to Potter and Weaslette." I saw with a smirk. "Thank you dra- Malfoy" She says. And she runs away after putting her robes back on and fixing herself a bit. I couldn't stop thinking about her. Poor little Granger.

HERMIONE GRANGER POV:
I ran to the gryffindor common room and saw Ginny and Harry playing wizards chess. They looked at me up and down and saw my red puffy eyes. "Mione?" Ginny said. I couldn't keep it in and just broke down on the floor and Harry picked me up and layed me down on the couch. "You look tired. Take a nap and I promise we can talk later Mione" Ginny said and Harry kissed me forehead. I closed my eyes and fell right to sleep.
