                      Camila's POV
I have gotten so familiar to seeing Mason around these past few days, I'm actually very happy to resume work today.
I feel so much better, I'm done with my medications and I feel refreshed.

"Are you sure you're ready to resume work?" Mary asked.
She returned back home two days ago. It was nice having someone other then Ethan around.
"Yes Mary. I'm feeling good." I said smiling.
"Alright, then. I have packed your lunch, its enough for three of you"
"Three of us?" I asked
"Yeah. Yourself, Mason and Ethan" She said smiling.
"Don't tell me you're also rooting for Mason and I" I said groaning.

"Yes. Have you heard from Lurleen?" Mary asked.
"No. She's your daughter, haven't you heard from her?" I asked
"She hasn't called since she left. I'm worried about her" Mary said.
"She'll be fine. I'll give her a call at work today" I said standing up.
"Come on Ethan. Let's go" I said grabbing my bag.

The drive to work was long because the traffic was killing. As I walked into my office, I received a call from Mason. We've been talking frequently on the phone.
"Where are you?" Mason asked in the call.
"I'm just entering the office. Why?"
"Your mom is in my office right now I don't know why she's here"
"Mom? She's still in the country.."
"Yes. I think she's looking for you here" He said.
"I'm coming up right now. I'm sorry if she's disturbing you" I said increasing my pace.

I walked into the office in a rush and out of breath and true to his words, Mom was in his office literally breathing down his neck.
"Look Mrs West. Cup.. Camila will walk in anytime soon. Please stop glaring at me" I heard Mason saying.
What the hell is mom doing?!!  I groaned mentally.
"Good morning Mason.. Mom" I greeted walking in.

"Good morning. Your mom wants to see you" He said.
"Thanks. Mom let's see somewhere else" I said gently.
"What do you want to say in private huh?!!" She screamed.
"Look mother. This is a work place you can't be screaming" I said with a bored look on my face.
"Don't tell me what to do Camila" She screeched.
"Well, why are you here. Keep it short cause I need to get back to work"
"I am here to discuss many thing and I don't know where to start young lady"
"Start anywhere that suits you mother. And stop calling me young lady"

I sent a look of apology towards Mason for disturbing him.
He mouthed back "Its okay" and smiled.
"I'll start from the fact that you're working at Weston Empire for reasons I don't know and care. Or the fact that you are sleeping around with Mason Weston or---" She yelled.

"I'm sorry what?!!. I am working at Weston Empire because I want to stop being under the tyrant hold of yourself and dad.. I want to earn my own money. And I'm sleeping around with Mason Weston?!!  Where the fuck did you get that from?!!" I yelled clearly pissed.

"Don't curse at me. Your relationship with Mason is all over "The Soup". Haven't you seen it?!!  And I think the evidence of your sleeping around is sitting on the chair over there" She said shooting daggers at me.

I couldn't believe my mother. She just called me a slut.
"Ethan over there is Mary's grandson. His mother is out of town and she asked me to take care of him" I explained.
"You're now making up lies Camila. For heaven's sake I didn't bring you up like this"
"That's the thing mom. You never even contributed in my up bringing" I replied.
"Does that give you the chance to sleep around?. Does that justify the fact that your dad and I are paying the media millions to take the news down" Mom yelled.

This wasn't how I envisioned my first day after a long time to be.
"I promise Ethan isn't my child" I said groaning.
"But you admit to sleeping around with Mason" She spat.
"I'm also not admitting that mother. Stop accusing me" I said.
"You know what. You're going to quit this job right now and go to Bora Bora for a break from your adventures in various men bed" She yelled.
"I promise you mom, the next time you say that shit. I'll sue you for name defamation" I yelled back.
