Bias is a merman who was bored and just decided to go a opening that lead to the surface. when they poke their head up to find a abonanded palace, they didn't think that anyone would be there exploring it until oc came along. Oc was the son/ daughter of a famous pirate but didn't want to be one. But they enjoyed sailing on their own boat, they had also came across the palace as well but found bias swimming in the water but bias had tried to swim away but oc tried to catch them but didn't catch them, so the next day bias and oc had came at the same time.
