The Love that Hasn't show: Time isn't a problem

"Knock knock." I said as the door open.

"Bella!" Mia gives me a hug.

"Let's do some baking, shall we?" I ask her

"Yeah!" She dragged me into the kitchen.

"Hey sweetie, try not to kill Bella, okay?"

"Don't worry daddy-o, I'm only 5, what can I do?" She said

Eli just sigh, "Thanks for doing this with her though."

"Don't worry, Mia's a lovely five year old."

"I know, even thought she needed to be taught about how to be independent, I still hope she can keep a heart like child."

"Don't worry, she will be." I said, "You did a good job."

After mixing all the ingredients, now it's time to put them into oven, and this is when the accident happened.

Boom!

I look over to see Mia, who's trying to take the flour off the top shelf, is now covered in flour.

"Look, I'm a ghost, boo." She said.

"Okay little ghost, go clean yourself up and I'll get this into the oven." I said

"Okay." She said as she went upstairs, with Eli following behind her.

I get the puffs into the oven, and then I started cleaning the kitchen up.

After cleaning the kitchen up, the puffs are almost ready, so I start working on whipping the whipped cream. I was playing my favourite music, and was swing to the beat and singing at the same time.

"Hey." Eli said as he showed up, "Didn't hear you sing often."

"I don't sound good." I said

"That's ridiculous, you sound great." He said, "You need to learn how to give yourself more credits than you are now."

"And you have to learn to give me less credit." I said, "I'm not as good as you think."

"No." He said, "You're way better than what I think."

I blush, "You gotta stop saying those thing."

People being this good to me, they will either leave like Nick, or they end up like Travis.

So what makes Eli different? He'll just do what others did to me.

"I'm done." Mia showed up in the kitchen, "Are the puffs ready yet?"

"Not yet silly." I said, "Give it a few more minutes."

"Bell, I gotta say, you did the cream puffs way better than other did." Helen said as she stuff one in here

Mia really likes to play with the crazy twin of Helen's, so she decided to invite them over.

"Bella, you know, nothing ever goes away without Ma noticing." Helen said as we sit in the front porch.

"What do you mean." I asked

"Example one, Nick Hale." Helen gave me a look, "Example two, Travis Noah."

"She knows?" I am shock, like actually shock,"Who told her?"

"Surprisingly, no one, she kind of figured something's going on with you and Nick when you were 13." She shrugs, "She also figure that something happened back then in Uni when you're down there, but she doesn't know the detail."
