"So how did it go?" Bridgette asked.

It's the next day and the hospital release Eli after they make sure he didn't break anything.

"Well, I know that I like him and he likes me." I said as I played with my food.

If you know me, you'll know that food is life and I never play with them.

Kiana give me a look, "Bell, not everyone has bad intentions and you know Eli, he's not that kind of guy."

"I know, but it's a little hard to believe that someone would actually like me." I said, "What if I screw this up? What if he changes his mind?"

"What if he's not going to do anything you worried about?" Eli's voice comes out of Bridgette's phone as she put him on speaker, "Ella, remember that you need a storm for a rainbow to appear, you had your storm and now I'm here to be your rainbow."

"I know."

"Don't worry, I know you still have doubts, but I'm not going anywhere, unless it was with you, and we're going on a date."

"You have your way with words." I chuckle, he can always make me feel better.

"I take that as you're feeling better."

"Yeah, thanks." I smile.

"And I'm hanging you up, bye Eli." Bri said as she hung up on him.

"Does that help?" Bri asked

"Thanks." I said as I give her a hug.

The door opened up as we hear footsteps, then two people appear.

"Hey little twits." Uncle Arthur said as he put a cake on the counter top, "Just got it from the bakery, apparently you send a text to Pony and Daniel saying you love them both, they were actually worried sick."

"Oops, I forget about that." I said nervously.

"Well good thing you send it to the group chat so Helen explain it to Ponytail and told her that she should be expecting good news from you about Eli anytime soon. Even though I wouldn't count sending him into hospital a good new, but I would said that going on a date with him counts as one." Aunt Chloe said as she walked in behind him

"How did you know that?" I give her a look

"Hey, it's me, I know everything."

"First, that's Ma's line. Second, how?"

"First, Pony steal my line from me. Second, We paid Eli a visit before coming here."

"Missy, I did not steal that line from you." Ma said as she walks in. When was she even here? "My little bell." She give me a hug.

"Ma, I'm almost twenty five, not little." I said

"Well, Ponytail, even though your youngest daughter will always be 27 years younger than you, remember that you're growing old." Aunt Chloe said

""And you're just a few months younger then me." Ma said

"Meh, I have my ways."

"Bell, your Pa and I were worried about you when you send me that text last night." Ma said,

"I'm sorry, I thought it was someone breaking into our house." I sigh

"And you ended up sending Eli to the hospital, nice job." She said

"Lol." I rolled my eyes

"I'm still your mother, young lady."

"Yeah but that doesn't mean you can't be a pain sometimes." I mumbled

"You remind me of your Grammy Sky so much." She sigh, "That's way better then being like my dad."

"But Grandpa Jake is awesome." Double K said

"Not to your parents, they still think that he taught you two too many pranks."

"That's what makes him awesome." Kiana said

"He taught us how to get out of school's investigation." Katie added, "And he said that we only live once so we should do whatever makes us happy."

"And that's why your parents keep you two away from him." Uncle Arthur said, "If he didn't moved away when I was four, I would learn so much more from him."

"Why are you guys here today? I asked

"Well, we heard that you're going on a date with Eli, so we thought that..." Ma said, but I cut her off

"No, for a million times, I am not wearing a dress."

"Okay, worth a try." She shrugged, then she turn and shouts "Girls, she's all yours."

Ruby and Lisa walks in and drag me out.

"We're also coming." Double K and Bri said, as they followed behind us.

The reason why I hate coming shopping with my family, is that it takes them 5 hours to get me into something perfect, I mean I can use that five hours to do something more productive.

The only dress that I'm willingly to shop is probably ball gown that we get ever four years. That's Because it was every four years and I look like princess in those.

"Guys, it's Sunday, why are you all doing this to me."

"Girl, you have no casual dress in your closet, how are you supposed to go on a date like this?" Ruby asked, "You finally get a date from someone decent and we would like you to dress nice."

"Shouldn't I be myself on a date?"

"Well, for you, you gotta act like a girl on your first date in order to get a second date." Lisa said, "First impression is important for a guy."

"What do you know about dating a guy?" I give her a look

"Hey, I might be gay, but I still had a first date." She give me one back.

"You overslept on you and Ruby's first date." I reminded her.

"Okay, I'm definitely putting you in a dress." She said as she toss some at you direction.

"Anyway, when is that date?" Kiana asked

"This Friday." I smile as I pick up a shirt, then Bri slapped my hands and it caused me to drop it.

"You're wearing a dress."

"Worth a try." I shrugged
