Their story {Spinel x Reader} (ON HOLD)

Chapter 10

Previously: 

"Well," Sapphire said, "The Spinel will pick up that devise out of curiosity." Spinel did as Sapphire predicted, rubbing her chin in thought while humming. "The female human will inquire about this action." You spot that Spinel was holding the saw. You speak up, "Spinel, what are you doing with that?"

"Hijinks will ensue," Sapphire said before all Hell breaks loose.

Now: 

"Well, maybe we should try..." Bismuth mumbled, Steven seemed to take notice of what was happening between you and Spinel. 

"Wait! Spinel!" He warned, looking at the pink gem who was holding the weapon with an inquired look on her face. "No, no no, Don't touch thAT THING-!" Blind to the consequences and curiosity getting to the best of her, she presses the button. 

Immediately, the device shook and sputtered in Spinel's grip and eventually started blindly leading her in a random direction. You had to rush out of the way to not get sliced and diced into pieces. 

Practically flying into a random direction, she crashed into something of value. This uproared everyone into great worry, especially Bismuth. "Hey!" She squeaked her voice having an unnatural crack in it. "We just built that!" You look at Bismuth in a bit of a panic. "I'm sorry about that, Bismuth, we can figure it out later, but right now we have to deal with--!" 

As if on cue, Spinel on her rouge blade came speeding in just across from us, and she wasn't even standing anymore, she was just holding it by the handle!

"THAT!" 

Spinel once again came zipping past us and into another one of Bismuth's other projects, much to her displeasure. Aaaand there she goes again, in another direction. 

Making a U-turn, around Ruby, who had her arms folded outwards in defense, and Sapphire, she came zooming riGHT TOWARDS US!

"WOAH! HERE SHE COMES!" Peridot called out in a panic, alarming everyone of what was already happening. She sliced through our group huddle, with Bismuth catching Peridot in the process and You, Steven, and Lapis to dodge in the other direction. Looking back, you saw that she accidentally cut through an entire DUMPSTER and NUMEROUS amounts of pottery. 

Now at this point, it was getting ridiculous! And there was no doubt she was going to hurt herself in the process amongst all of this chaos. You looked back at Steven, he looked back at you with a panicked expression. You nodded at him, he looked confused back. You look forward. "SPINEL!"

Spinel was driving in a single-lined direction, more specifically a diagonal direction. So that means if I'm standing here... then... NOW! 

You leap forward, pushing all of your body weight into your feet and back legs. Your body comes crashing into Spinel's, knocking her off course of her weapon, and taking you with her. The two of you tumble with each other for a minute. Once you stopped rolling, you let out a sigh of relief. 

"Oof, that's a relief! Looks like all those lessons Pearl gave me really paid off!" You panted, happy that no one else was in danger. "Anyway, Spinel are you al..." You finally realize what position you were in right now. 

You were on top of her, her head in-between your firmly placed arms on the ground. 

"...right?" 

Color immediately flooded both of your faces, and between the two of you, Spinel's cheeks have created a brand-new shade of red. Spinel's head was blank and she was somewhat overheating, while your brain was the blue screen of death with your eyes staring blankly at her.
