Since Hôn had officially become an artist he decided to stop working on constructions and start learning the trade of an architect.
After spending the afternoon finishing his current project, renovating a house, he went to the Architect Guild are asked the front desk what the quickest way to become one was.

"To becaume an architect quickly you have to provide a completed Architectural design."
"And then i will be an Architect?"
"Yes"

Hôn thought about it. If he drew the plan to a house he would class up to being an architect. It was simple and logic. However somehow he could feel that something didn't fit.
After some more consideration Balt realized that he did not wish to "quickly become an Architect" but slowly and gradually learn the trade, even if it meant taking some detours.

"What about the proper way?"

Hearing him the clerk began to smile widely.

"To become a true architect you would have to design, organize and construct a housing facility all on your own. The better the house the best it will be for latter."
"Later?"
"Yes. After becoming an Architect you will be hired by the city or put under the care of an older more experienced architect."

This changed Balt's plan. To become an architect he had to already know how to build a house and put it into practice. But to build a house, even the simplest one, he would need material. And materials cost money. Money he didn't have.

After thinking about it for a few minutes Balt decided to keep working on renovations and house repairs until he had enough money. In the mean time he would draw the plans and calculate exactly what he would need.

So Balt left the Architect Guild after thanking the clerk and returned to the lower, more decrepit part of the village where he knew he would easily fing work.

For the next week Balt worked on improving his abbilities to repair houses and studied the amount of material needed for each task.

On the fourty first day of the game he went to a Wood mill and started working there, Receiving logs from the huntsman and transforming them into planks and smaller logs for constructions and crafting.
On the sixty second day of the game he went to a general smith and learned how the different ores, metals and alloys.
On the sixty fifth day of the game he went to a potter and learned of the different types of clay and earth along with their locations.
Finally on the sixty ninth day of the game Balt was ready to built a house. All that was left to do was choose its location and draw the plans.
