Chapter 23: Episodes 38 And 39

Episode 38: Mariposa's and Meteora's First Official Play-date.

We Join the Diaz at the third week of July as they are getting ready for a night out something neither of them had in quite some time and they had chosen the best night possible the city had a restaurant that was doing a fancy 3 course meal for that night only and as result needed a plan for Mariposa since they had asked Marco but he had a shift at Britta's Taco's so he had to be there but they needed someone to watch her. 

Mom, have you maybe tried giving Eclipsa a call since I would definitely think those two would love to spend some time together since we know how much they love being together and this might sound crazy but I need to share something with you both. What is it Marco? Well that one time you asked me to watch Mariposa so you could have a night out last time and I had Meteora with me and they both stayed the night together. Yes I do since Star did the Same for Meteora so Eclipsa and Globgore would have a night of their own. I understand and why does this pertain to Mariposa since all I see is you Watched Mariposa while Star Watched Meteora. Well Mom something terrible may have happened. 

My beautiful sister and Meteora fell into a dimension I didn't mean for them to. I had been in a different room and a Member of the Magic High Commission known as Hekapoo and she was the enforcer of the Dimensional Scissors and she came one day to warn me that terrible things were going down on Mewni and not to come trying to help but when she left she came through one portal and left through another and when she left she didn't close the second portal and it lead to a place known as the Neverzone which works on different rules time wise than Earthni where only a few minutes pass on Earthni many years pass within the Neverzone and when you return to this time the clock corrects what time they belong within. I see and they fell into the zone and let me guess they grew up together and worked together as one so they know each other like sisters not just friends. Yes and when me and Star went to find them we made a promise to the two of them that they would grow up together and when we destroyed magic I didn't know if we could honor that promise but the universes cleaved together that is why they get along so well when they are together since they have spent a good 14 to 16 years together as one. 

I see well in that case I second your opinion. I will give them a call and see if they would be willing to watch Mariposa while we are away for the night. Awesome thank you so much mom I know that is what she would want since I made sure I would honor her request. Well I will get a hold of her right away. You better go and get ready for work since it is almost 3:00. Oh Dear you are right bye mother thanks for listening. Also Marco next time you wanna tell us a little bit sooner you lost your baby sister accidentally in a dimension she could have died in if you didn't get to her in time. Yeah mom sorry about that I will make sure I remember to tell you next time Bye. 

They go about their separate ways and Angie calls up Eclipsa and she agrees without a hitch at all to watch Mariposa and decides to call it their first official playdate since they have been together a few times. Thank You so Much also I don't know if you know this but your daughter was sent to the neverzone with my daughter about 2 months ago when you asked Star to watch Meteora for you just so you know. Oh yeah Star told me what happened. I thought she had gone mad at first until she told me it involved Hekapoo leaving one of her portals open and it dragging them in accidentally since they both were asleep. Once I knew that happened I understood right away and thanked her for caring about her and going to get her. Well that is good to know I will see but I wonder if she told you about this. Those two when they were together asked Marco and Star To make sure that They were able to grow up together. Well I never knew that well I am glad they both are able to have this moment together. Well I guess this will work perfectly well we will have her over in an hour and with that we will be out until 8:00 tonight. Alright that sounds perfect.
