I heard a knock on the door as I made breakfast.
It must be Ariel and Aiden.
I opened the door.

"Hi"

"Hello"I responded

"Mommy"she hugged my legs as I made way for Aiden to get in.I closed the door and took in the sight of my daughter.

She wore a shirt which pooled at the ground.Probably Aiden's.Her hair looked messy too.I bit the inside of my cheeks to prevent me from bursting out in laughter.

Aiden sat comfortably in the L shaped couch.
Ariel run to where he sat and jumped on him.She giggled as he tickled her.
"Dad...dy pwease st.....wop ittt"she laughed loudly.

I walked to the kitchen to continue with the breakfast.
I saw Aiden enter the kitchen from the corner of my eye.

"Have you seen your parents since I took you from them?"I cringed.

"How does it concern you?"I said trying steer the conversation somewhere else"How's the Queen and Natalie?"

"They're fine.I think I should let them know, I've found you"he said

"We can visit your parents today, I'll have my private jet brought here"I scoffed before turning to look at him.He wasn't joking.

I wanted to see my family but I don't know if they want to see me.Maybe they don't want to see me again!!

"Ryder wants to see Ariel, can he?"he asked
What's up with him and asking questions thus morning

"I don't know.I know he won't hurt her but she's a kid.What if she freaks out or go round telling people?No one will believe her They'll think she's mad, call her all sorts of names and .....and she might get depressed and she'll have suicidal thoughts--"

"Breathe"

"Huh"my eyes widened

"I said breathe.You were ranting"I rolled my eyes.

"Let's give her time"I said

"She's a lycan.She took after me."I raised my eyebrow at him.

"Well that sucks"he shrugged.

I gathered the food and sent it to table.I made waffles with sausage and oran-pine juice.

We all sat at the table to eat.I fed Ariel whiles I ate.We placed the dishes in the sink and Aid left.I bathed Ariel and took my bath too.They're on vacation which means she'll be my hand bag till God knows when.

We're on our way to the company.Teddy will be introducing Aiden today.Maybe this will let us lead a normal life.No offense to royalty but I hate duties.

Ariel sat in her booster seat beside me.She was quiet and I'm wondering what she's thinking about.Her birthday is in a months time.She'll be 5years.

I stopped infront of the traffic light.
"Ariel is there anything you want to tell Mommy?"she looked away and shook her head.
"Baby did I do somet-"the horn of the other made me realise the green light.I took off.

I parked at the small area left and walked in with Ariel.She refused to be carried.They were all at the conference hall and there's no way I'll be able to go in there with Ariel.I took her to my office room and gave her my phone for games before locking the door and leaving.

I smoothened my black male midthigh flowy dress.Gave my self a once over infront of the glasses door before making my way to the conference room .
I apologized for being late before taking a seat.

"So as I was saying,this is a family business and for some reasons I won't be here so I my twin brother here will be taking over."Teddy said before glancing at me and continuing "Give him the respect he deserves Because he's not someone who tolerates disrespect"that part made me giggle causing Aiden to raise a brow whiles the others looked at me.

"Diamond would you like to add something?"Teddy asked

I cleared my throat"No please,am sorry for the interruption"I apologised the second time today.

The meeting was over.All the workers were welcoming theirs new boss and most of the ladies pushed their breast up.Isla own was almost spilling.
I rolled my eyes and left the place.

I opened the door to my office and saw Ariel at the place where I left her.
"Baby,do you want to have snacks"she shook her head.Not again.
"Daddy"she screamed as she got up and I realised Aid is behind me.
"She refuses to talk to me"I said as I took my seat.
"I guess she likes me more"he said kissing her forehead.
"I'll be at my office,princessa"I mulled over his accent before realizing he left with Ariel.

I did most paper works and got ready for a meeting with an investor.The Knight Company was a Software company.We make all sort of softwares and sell them.The telephone vibrated and I picked it.

"Diamond speaking,how may I help you?"

"Diamond,Mr. Roosevelt is in"Becca

"Direct him to my office"

"Alright, good luck with this one and stay safe .He's handsome"she said the last one in a whisper making me chuckle.

A 6'5 feet guy entered my office.He looked intimidating but not intimidating as someone I know.I stood up and greeted him before asking him to take a seat.
He smirked before sitting down.I took my seat.
"Mr . Roosevelt?"I called.

"Yes, I'm here to invest in your company.Ive gone through the latest version of softwares you have created and am impressed.
I assist you with a huge amount of money that I don't need at the moment."he said looking at my ..... wait a minute.My boobs.I cleared my throat.
"My eyes are up here.Your offer is great but we don't need money.How about you invest it in a bank?You know our company has many branches and money is not a problem.We make softwares that are enquired on the market for sales.So if it's not software related.I'm sorry,I can't help"I said in a professional tone.
He clapped his hands.

"Wow, Classic.I'm Prince Victor Roosevelt.A lycan.I know you are aware of our kind.Prince Aiden killed my cousin,Alpha Damon and I'm here for revenge."he glanced at me"but seeing you I think I have a change of mind"I released the breathe that I was holding.

"What do you want?You know your brother harassed me right "I managed to ask calmly

"You.Yes I know my brother couldn't resist you.The pack wants revenge and I've taken over. I can stop the war.Remember am also a prince.Blood for blood"my heartbeat quickened

"Wh-at?"I stuttered

"I want you,Emmy Diamond Hearts.The pictures don't do you justice.I'm glad I met you today.You're beautiful in You're smart and hot.Everyman would like to wake up to your body."

"What will happen if I don't accept?"I asked

"I think you'll have to say goodbye to your daughter."he said making me jump out of my seat.No one threatens me with my daughter.I walked around the table and stood in front of him.

"You don't get to threaten me with my daughter."I sneer.
He raised his hands in surrender .

"Look,I won't harm her if you agree.I want you as my chosen mate.If you don't accept then it's war."he said looking at my legs.

"My eyes are up here,what if you find your real mate?", I gritted my teeth.

"I know but I like the view,erm my mate is dead"my eyes widened I moved back.

"Stay right where you are.I can't accept this.I...Aiden won't like this."I gulped and he grinned.

"I don't have much patience love"he said before walking out.
Water.Where is water?I rushed to my bag and gulped down enough water.

How does trouble always find it's way to me whenever am with Aiden.He killed his cousin because of me!!!.Does that mean he was a royal?I think I should tell Teddy about this or maybe no.I don't want anyone to get hurt.
