Chapter 32:Facing A Soldier(Part Two)

Y/N's P.O.V.

After a very sweaty and long walk,we finally made it to Undynes.

Once she opened the door she gestured us to step inside.We step inside and close the doors behind us.She sighs and shakes her head.

She puts her helmet down on the table and looks at us.

Undyne:"The king isn't going to like this...Wait here...I must change."She glares at us."DONT touch anything and don't step out."She leaves to Im assuming her room.Frisk and I look around and then I sit on a chair near the table.Frisk comes over to sit next to me and smiles.

Frisk:"Remember to save your progress Y/N,If we don't we could be in trouble."

I nod and take out the compass while frisk brings out her/his coin.

We look at each other and smile.

Frisk and Y/N:"Save progress."

Our items tell us the same thing.

Saving....

And once it's done both of our items say:
Saving Complete.

We put our items away and smile as we hear footsteps coming our way.We see Undyne step into the kitchen and she sits down in front of us.She looks at us.

Undyne:"Alright let's talk,Why did you two help me?"

Frisk:"We saw you fall...we didn't want you to die."She/He looks at Undyne sadly.She then looks at me.

"We couldn't just stand there and watch you die.All humans aren't as cruel as you think."

She sighs and begins to tap her foot.

Undyne:"This...is a first...No human er-"She looks at frisk then back at me."Humans have ever given us kindness nor mercy.So forgive me if I do not follow."I sigh.

"Look there's a great danger down here."She looks at me confused.

Undyne:"This whole underground is full of dangerous monsters human...You're going to have to be a little more specific."

Frisk:"There's a bad human down here that wants to hurt all of us."

She looks at frisk more confused.

Undyne:"You mean that Sorry sack of shit I captured?Yeah he isn't dangerous...at least he can't be."

I look at her confused."Why's that?"She looks at me sternly.

Undyne:"Because a friend of mine made sure of it.She put a metal collar around his neck that prevents him from killing or hurting monsters."

I look at frisk and frisk looks at me.We then look back at Undyne.

"What about humans?"

She scratches the back of her neck and sighs.

Undyne:"He's...only allowed to kill his kind."My heart drops to my stomach...and my blood runs cold..

"Y-you have to cage him up or something,Havent you tried to use his soul t-to get out of here?!"I say worriedly and frisk grabs my hand gently.I look at Undyne with a worried expression.She shakes her head.

Undyne:"We couldn't use his soul.His soul has been tainted or poisoned."I look at her confused."His soul was tar like,If we used his soul he would infect the other souls that we have.If his soul infects the others,Those souls would die and we wouldn't be able to leave this shithole until 7 more children fall down here."
