Ch. 9

Hop, his mom, and Viktor went into Hop's mom's house and decided to talk until Leon and Luna gets back when all of a sudden the door opens to reveal Leon giving Luna a piggyback ride. Leon and Luna looks around the room to see everyone staring at them, making both of them blush. Luna got off of Leon's back then rushed to his bedroom to get her bag packed with a few necessities then realizes that she needs some items for her Pokémon so she checked her money then sighed seeing how she doesn't have enough money and seeing that she doesn't have much clothes that suits Galar weather either.
"Lee! Can Viktor and I have an Endorsement Letter?" Hop asked while Viktor nods in agreement.
"I don't know Hop. The Gym Challenge is very difficult and I don't want y'all to feel disappointed when y'all lose to a Gym Leader nor another challenger," Leon explained.
"I don't see the problem in them doing the challenge. Back in Alola, kids can do the Island Challenge when they reach the age of 11. I didn't do that cause I was busy with school and helping my parents around the house as well as helping Hau with his school work," Luna joined in on the conversation.
All Leon did was sigh then thought of an idea, "If you think that way, then have a two against one battle with both of them. I mean, you DO have four Pokémon now. You can swap as much as needed so you can use all four but only two at a time but you already knew that." Leon chuckled.
"So, if they prove to be strong then you'll give them that letter right?" Luna asked.
"Yup. That's the general idea. So, you doing the battle or not?" Leon smirked.
"Of course!" Luna exclaimed.

"Awe. We were so close to beating you Luna," Hop pouted.
Luna chuckled then said, "Well, like how that was y'all's first battle, it was my first battle as well."
"Well then," Leon started, "Hop, Viktor? Here's y'all's Endorsement Letter."
"What about Luna?" Hop asked.
"What about her?" Leon asked back.
"She deserves one too!" Hop exclaimed.
"Woah woah woah. Hold on there Hop. I don't think I wanna do that. I'm more than likely just gonna wonder around Galar to see what path I wanna go down," Luna explained.
"Oh...ok..." Hop pouted again.
"Don't worry Hop. I will be there when you and Viktor challenge the Gyms. Will that make you happy?" Luna asked.
Hop's face lit up once she asked and exclaimed, "Yes! That will definitely make me happy!"
Everyone just laughed at his enthusiasm.
Leon then whispered to Luna, asking her to follow him and she did. Once they got to a safe distance, Leon spoke up.
"Um..." Leon trailed off while blushing.
Luna asked, "What's up Le-"
Luna got cut off by Leon kissing her, which took her by surprise but she then melted into the kiss. They then parted for air, both flushed in the face.
