July 31, 1994, the stars and moon are prominent and visible in the night sky. The same night a family is peacefully sleeping in their home, only to be awakened by a loud slam of a door.
The husband quickly checks who it might be, only to see two people a brunette man and a crimson eyes man. "Give me back my son!" a loud and prominent voice erupts from the brunette. "Over my dead body," the husband said. "That could be arranged. But I like to play with my prey, Imperio!" the crimson eyes man said and, released the unforgivable spell to the husband.
As the blue light hits him, he's no longer able to control his own limps. "Let's have some fun now. Cast the Cruciatus Curse on you" the man with crimson eyes sneered at the man. On the second floor of the house, the wife is cradling the child in her arms. A loud "Crucio" was heard, followed by screams and footsteps.
The footsteps stop in front of her "Why do this to me, Lily? I thought you're my best friend" the brunette asking the redheaded woman. Looking up to the raven head man her eyes shone blue before turning back to their original green color "I'm no friend, who associate with the dark lord" she spat back. The brunette was hurt by the reply "I love Tom and I never judge you for loving the person who made my life a living hell" as the brunette finish his sentence he felt a presence behind him.
"James!!" Lily exclaimed hope in her eyes, only to see her husband fall in front of her. "Give our child back, or follow your husband to the hell he's gone," Tom said with a deadly glint in his eyes, he checked the brunette behind him for any signs of injury. "Never!!" Lily cries out to Tom "Well then you left me no choice," Looking back at his husband for some kind of permission, to be answered by a small nod from him.
Tom faces Lily with a sneer on his face then "Avada Kedavra!" a green light was released from Tom's wand and knock Lily down. The child in Lily's arms wailed to get the two mans' attention.
"My Hadrian!!" the brunette man runs to the child when the child stops his outcry when his Papa carried him. "Severus is he alright, I didn't hit him right" Tom's voice shakes with panic. Severus checks only to see a lighting-shaped scar on Hadrian's forehead.
As the family reunites, the old father clock chimes midnight. Another unwanted guest arrives. "What a lovely reunion," a voice clear as a bell spoke. Both men then spun towards the voice "Leave us alone Albus!" Severus hissed.
"I would but I still need Hadrian for my plans so, give me the boy or suffer." Severus only tightens his hold on his son. "I see that you already have your answer. Avada Kedavra!" Dumbledore shoots out a spell heading to Severus's way.
As the light drew closer a body block the spell "No!!! Tom why" Severus wailed "It's alright I'll come back," Tom said with his last breath. Tears started to flow out of Severus's eyes, "Ahhh... how sad" Dumbledore says mockingly "Now give me the boy"
"I will never" holding his child in a more protective way "You leave me no choice," he readied his wand and aim towards the father and child. Severus used his body to protect his child. "But nonetheless you are now part of my order I'll just have to make up a new way" the man sneered towards them. Severus looked towards him "Obliviate!"
A blinding light was the end of that night.
