Here are some things to have just in case you come on your period while your out and about. Or at school.
#1:
Always have some back up pads or tampons somewhere where you can quickly get to them.
#2:
Change of pants and underwear. You will definitely need this if you come on and mess up your pants and underwear. If you go to school you can keep these things in your locker. If you don't go to school keep it in your car or carrying bag.
#3:
It helps to have on a panty liner just in case you unexpectedly come on and you can't really go to the bathroom at the time. BUT don't just rely on the panty liner, you still need a pad or tampon.
Tip: Don't wear light colored pants while on your period. Play it safe and wear dark pants until you are off your period.
