Chapter Eight Short Good-byes

Alex's POV

Jenny came to my parent's stables today for a horse riding lesson.I think it went great.I love horses,Jenny knows how much I obsessed with them when I was small,before my parents got the stables.She seems to like riding horses,but she prefers to just watch,she'll ride every once in a while.Well,we're go to an All Time Low concert later so I better get us something to eat.

Adam's POV

I kissed Ty,I can't believe that.My phone went off so I answered it,"Manage me,I'm a mess.Turn a page,I'm a book half unread.I wanna be laughed at,laughed with just because."They sing,Jason."I wanna feel weightless,and that should be enough."I sing back.Jason then bursts out laughing."So,why'd you call?"I ask him."Just wanted to know how things were going with you."He replys."They're great.You'll never guess wht happened today,"I tell him."Uh....No I won't,what happened?"He asks."I kissed Ty!"I said,well more like kind of yelled."That's amazing,but can you try not to burst my eardrums?"He asks."Sure,well I gotta go."I say."Ok,bye!"Jason says haging up the phone.I have to make some dinner for the three of us.

Mitch's POV

"Jerome,I'm going for a walk,I'll be back in around half an hour!"I yell as I walk out of the door.

I start walking by the park and I see these two guys,they both have dark brown,almost black hair,and one has a little stubble.They're huddled over some strange device.All of a sudden they look up,and the one witn no stubble points at me.I give a weak smile and wave in their direction.The guy with stubble starts walking towards me,followed by the other guy.When they get close to me the guy in front hits me with something,and everything goes black.

Unknown's POV

Sam and I got a few readings on our detector well passing through New Jersey.We decide to get out our detector and wait by a tree in the park.A guy wearing a red and black checkered hoodie walks by.He sees us and Sam says,"The detectors going nuts,it must be that guy over there."He points to the guy in the red and black hoodie.He gives us a small smile and wave.I begin walking over to him,Sam walking behind me.When I get close to him I hit him with the detector,and we take him back to the motel we're staying in.I wonder what sort of demon or spirit he,or she for all we know is.
