My cheeks flushed deeply, emotions spiraling within me – excitement, fear, and a glimmer of hope all mingling together. "I'd like that too," I whispered, feeling a warmth spread through me at the thought of what this could mean for us.

Fuck!

"Would you like to grab a coffee after this?" he asked.

My heart skipped a beat. "Sure, I'd like that," I replied, trying to sound casual.

Taehyung's Point of View :

When we reached the café, I looked around to find any bodyguards. Oh, they were here, only they were just in casual clothes, just like I wanted. I had been trying to find opportunities to meet her as a normal person, not like jumping over which would scare her. The last footage I saw of her in her room wasn't pleasant... I was hell mad over her. All I wanted to do was spank her pretty ass which she swung after bathing, wearing just her garments and nothing more, looking at the mirror and punching the places she didn't like, making faces. Oh, you must have forgotten how I see her all the time. Those Shins have tons of money in their banks and companies, so they have tons of security too. So, I made sure the whole family was out of the house, and finding the best opportunity, I made sure her room was filled with cameras. I had to note everything down—whatever she likes and dislikes.

"Do you think they sell cold coffee?" she asked, snapping me out of my daze.

"Oh, they do, right?" I eyed the barista who was sweating, looking at me. You had to have it, didn't you? I made an eye on him, and he nodded nervously. "Yes, we have, ma'am."

I pulled the chair out for her to sit as we found a silent corner. Her cheeks tinged with pink as I did that, and I couldn't help but smirk at her reaction.

"Thank you," she murmured, sitting down gracefully.

I sat opposite her, leaning back casually while my eyes never left her. She was so unaware of the depth of my obsession, and it thrilled me to see her blush, knowing I was the cause.

We ordered our drinks, and the barista quickly brought them over, his hands trembling slightly. I took my coffee and took a slow sip, savoring the moment.

I watched as Nabi fidgeted, trying to mask her nervousness. "Am I making you uncomfortable?" I asked, concern lining my voice.

She shook her head quickly. "Oh no, no, it's not that," she said, her tone a bit flustered. "I'm sorry if I gave you that impression. It's just..."

I leaned in slightly, intrigued. "What is it?"

Nabi hesitated, her eyes flickering with hesitation. Then, she blurted out, "Are you single?"

My heart skipped a beat. Was she really asking me that? I tried to keep my cool, though inside I was a whirlwind of excitement. Her interest in me was more than I'd hoped for. Was she a fan of mine too? My mind raced as I recalled her mother's mention of her being a fan.

"Uh, asking this out of the blue, huh?" I replied, attempting to sound casual despite the storm of emotions inside me.

Nabi looked away, clearly regretting her question. "Never mind. It's not important."

I couldn't let this moment slip by. "No, wait," I said, catching her gaze again. "It's okay. I'm single."

Her eyes widened slightly, a hint of relief—or was it something else?—flashing across her face. "Oh," she said softly, trying to recover her composure.

I glanced over at Nabi, who was fiddling with her fingers and looking down, clearly flustered. "So," I began, trying to keep the conversation light, "you've been a fan of mine, huh? Since when?"

Her eyes widened in surprise. "Huh? You remember what my mom said?"

I chuckled softly, finding her reaction endearing. "Yeah, I remember. I'm curious. When did you start ?"

She looked even more embarrassed, her cheeks turning a soft pink. "I... I mean, it was... um, three years ago. When you were named the youngest CEO," she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper.

I smiled, genuinely touched. "Really? That's quite a while. I'm honored to have had such a dedicated fan."

Nabi bit her lip, her face flushed. "Yeah, well, you've done so much. It's hard not to be impressed."

Nabi bit her lip, her face flushed. "Yeah, well, you've done so much. It's hard not to be impressed."

My heart was racing, almost like it was trying to break free. Inside, I was a whirlwind of emotions, trying to stay composed. I kept reminding myself, "Stay cool, stay smooth."

"So, are you... single?" I asked, trying to sound nonchalant.

Nabi's eyes widened, and she looked up at me, her cheeks turning a deeper shade of pink. "Uh, yeah. I am."

The relief and excitement that washed over me were almost overwhelming. "I'm glad to hear that."

She looked a bit taken aback, her gaze darting to her shopping bag. "Why do you ask?"

I leaned in slightly, lowering my voice as if sharing a secret. "Just curious. I've been wanting to know more about you. It's not every day I get to meet someone who's followed my work for so long."

Nabi smiled shyly, and it felt like time slowed down. Her smile was like a rare gem, and I couldn't help but be captivated by it.

"You've really made an impression on me," I added, my voice softer. "It's nice to see someone who appreciates what I do."

She looked down, a soft blush on her cheeks. "Well, I've always admired you."

My heart raced, and I felt a strong urge to close the distance between us. I swallowed hard, trying to steady my voice. "How about going on a date with me?"

The words came out more like a command than a question, and I could see the surprise in her eyes. She blinked, caught off guard by the suddenness of my request.

Her eyes widened as she stuttered, "Am... okay."She smiled, and that smile reached her eyes. It was so damn cute, it felt like I was losing my mind. I was dying, seriously dying over how adorable she looked. I couldn't help but think, "I would fucking kill for her. I'm so gone for her. If this keeps up, I might actually die for her."
