Y/N's POV

"What is it Ayu-ssi?" Even doctor Lee was eager to know.

"I.. Urm... Y/N... Your blood group is O-. I remember it from when you were hospitalized and Taehyung gave you his blood." She spilled it out.

"I thought I was A+...?" I was confused.

"No... I clearly remember your doctor saying that. That's why it took you so long to get blood. When Taehyung came he volunteered to donate his blood and as it was rare I remember it." She said looking down.

"That means-" Jimin started his sentence and I finished it. "I can give him my kidney." I said looking at Dr. Lee. "Only if other tests are positive and you're eligible to give one of your kidney and not die yourself." He said directing me to follow him.

"There are press outside the hospital. The words came out." Jimin said sitting next to me. "How?" I asked pressing the cotton on my skin where the blood was taken from. "Some people saw him coming inside the hospital and it's been 3 hours so everyone is questioning. I think we'll have to come clean again. And talk about your sacrifice." He smiled.

"It's not a sacrifice Jimin. I'm saving my own life. If there's no Taehyung there's no Y/N." I said bluntly. "Ms. Walker?" A man called out my name. "Yes?" I replied standing up. He didn't look like someone from the hospital.

"I'm Kim Taehyung's Lawyer, Noh Min-Jae." He bowed and I bowed back. "Yes how can I help you?" I asked worriedly. "It's about the papers Mr. Kim made and you signed." He said holding out a thick file. "What papers Ayu?" Sejin asked coming inside the waiting room. "I don't know. I didn't sign any papers related to him." I said, confusion.

"You did sign some property related papers Ms. Walker. Mr. Kim's will says half of his property will go under your possession if something happens to him. And as his company notified he's seriously ill, I'm here to hand over these papers." He said holding the papers out.

"What?! Half of his what?!" I and Sejin-ssi exclaimed at the same time. "Did you not know about this? Did he never say anything to you?" Mr. Noh asked. "N-No... He left me a letter. I didn't read it yet." I said. "Where is it? Read it Y/N." Jimin said as I hurried over to Ayu.

I left the letter to her when I went for tests. My hands were trembling as I tried to open the letter. My eyes were blurry. I'm not sure if I can read it. But I need to. Is this what he wanted to tell me and I ignored it? It's all my fault. I wiped my eyes. Chocking on my tears I started reading.

Hey Y/N, I don't know what to tell you or how to tell you this. But I'll try my best tomorrow again. And the day after. You'll probably get this letter from Dr. Lee. And probably... I'll be gone by then. Please don't cry baby. I promised you to love you till my last breath. And I did. It's an honor to be with you when I was dying. I'm really really sorry for what I did to you. I was selfish. I'm sorry. I left you with nothing other then this piece of paper. I lied to you countless of times. But one thing will always be true. And I'll take that to my grave. That is, you're the only person I loved, I love and I will love even when I die.

I was afraid Y/N. Scared of committing to you. That's why it took me so long to confess. I knew I was gonna die in a few months. That's why I kept ignoring our heartstring. I was afraid of seeing you cry that's why I left and decided not to contact you. But look what I ended up doing. I made you cry again. You almost died because of me.

When I finally expected my fear, when I kissed you at last, a new type of fear came creeping in. The fear of me telling you about all this and you leaving me behind. I'm so selfish that I never told you about this and wanted to he happy for these months. Which was successful. I was the happiest man alive when I was with you. I kept postponing revealing this secret cause I didn't want you to see me as a dying man. I wanted to have a normal love story if it was so short. I wanted you to be the happiest when we're together. I wanted to make those times together, forever memorable.
