THE ENHANCED ACCORDS
The Enhanced Accords was the solution to the conflict between the United Nations and the enhanced people. It was presented to the Secretary of State, Daniel Fai, by the leaders of the F.E.P (Naomi Jackson, Matthew Chapmen, and Johnathon de Asis), Soroya Roberts, Bucky Barnes, King T'Challa, Prince Zy'aire, Khari Roberts-Chikere, Queen Valkyrie, Stephen Strange, Sam Wilson, and Jade Rosales.
The laws outlined in the accords are as follows: • The serum created by Theodore Fai must be given to the enhanced leaders and will be given to any enhanced person who wishes to have their powers taken away. It will not be given to any enhanced person without their consent. • The discrimination and experimentation of any enhanced person is and will forever be illegal. • The weaponization of human beings is and will forever be illegal. • Any government project and or experiment involving human beings must create a contract that the human subject must read and agree to before entering into the project and or experiment • The enhanced people will have a representative in each government including the United Nations and will be elected by the enhanced people. This includes the nation of New Asgard. • The Avengers will become a government agency alongside CIA, will be given it's own base of operations in Wakanda, Africa, and will elect it's own leaders. If an enhanced person wishes to become part of the Avengers they will go through training and examinations to earn their position just like the CIA. • The nation of Wakanda, the nation of New Asgard, the New York, Hong Kong, and London Sanctums of the Masters of the Mystic Arts, Pym Tech, and Stark Industries will be given their independence back • A school will be opened in Wakanda that will teach enhanced people to control and use their abilities. This school will not cost any enhanced person money and everyone is welcome. • If an enhanced individual does not wish to become an Avenger or a government agent they do not have to. • If an enhanced person wishes to keep their powers and use them they will be given the freedom to do so without threat of incarceration. • If an enhanced person uses their abilities to break laws and engage in criminal acts, they will be tried in court as a normal citizen and if found guilty, put in a special prison designed to rehabilitate the inmates. This prison will be based in New Asgard.
