A week later after the misunderstanding and huge humiliation at Iris' event, she can finally go back to work without people saying, "Congrats on your engagement!"

"Hello there," Brooklyn greeted as she put down a hot mug of coffee on Iris' crowded desk.

"Thanks Brook." Iris sighed, leaning back on her seat as Brooklyn chuckled before walking away.

"Miss Rivers," Arlene stood at her door making Iris immediately stood up from her chair and straighten her skirt.

"Yes, Arlene?"

"As you know, there is another event coming up soon next month, are you ready with all the photographs?" Arlene raised her eyebrows.

"Uh, y-yes. Only two of the photographs haven't been delivered, though."

"Get them here as soon as possible please, Miss Rivers." Iris nodded quickly and almost slumped back in her chair again before Arlene stopped in her tracks and added, "And Miss Rivers? No more fake engagements or torn dresses, am I clear?" before walking away.

Iris sighed, once again reminded that the situation wouldn't be forgotten.
