Lance's POV
"We gotta round up the other ponies that escaped!" Apple Jack spoke
We still gotta find out what happened to Celestia, and about the Changelings!
"Good idea, alright, do you know some ponies that might have survived?"
"Well sure! Twilight, Rarity, Pinkie, Spike, and many more!"
"Alright, you go round up the rest, me and Dash will check the place out more."
"Well, okay."
After Apple Jack went out Rainbow Dash sat on one of of the chair and asked me a question. A really hard one.
"So, what where you and AJ doin' here alone in the throne room before I came?" Dash asked.
"W-what?" I nervously asked.
"Oh c'mon, I saw AJ snuck up on you and pinned you down on the wall"
"Y-you saw that didn't you?"
Dash came close and gave me a pat on the back.
"Don't worry, I can keep secrets."
"U-uh.."
"Soo, since we're alone, at least I can be honest with you."
Well, this is going to be very..weird..
"You know, ever since I met you, I--" Dashie blushed.
"I've been much more, strong, fast, and confident" Dash laughed.
That's it?
"Now, you have to tell me yours."
"Y-yeah, alright" I prepared myself for the follwing emotional blows.
"Ever since I met you, It's been, weird--"
"What kind of weird?" Dash asked
My face reddened as if I'm a pulp ready to burst.
"M-maybe because, I-i.." I cutted myself off in shyness.
"Because you what?" RD curiously asks.
"(I like you?)" I mumbled
"W-what was that?"
"I like you"
Dashie blushed again and a stare was formed between the two of us, the shimmering eyes of Dash glared back at mine, And for a moment there. I loved her. A second later, Dash broke it again.
"Y-yeah, me too" Dash scratched her head.
Well, this was awkward, better get back to investigating.
Dash's POV
I didn't know he really meant the thing he said on the party. But, it's good to know that, he likes me, and, this has never happened before. Ever.
"Hey Dash, can you come and see this?" He asked
"Sure, what it?"
"I don't know, but it's dust, and it's glowing."
Lance touched it with his hoof and it stick onto him.
"Agh! What the--?!"
As Lance was quivering in pain I heard a strange familiar laugh came from behind.
"So, it seems that you fell for the traps I put."
"Oh no, Nightmare Moon!" I shouted.
"Yes, it seems that I caught you all alone without the precious elements of harmony! Oh, what a delightful win for me!"
"Luna? Why are you here?! They banished you back to the moon forever!"
"Oh, dear brother, not forever, it's only for quite a long time. I see that you power has grown stronger."
"What do you want with my power!?" Lance shouted.
"It's simple, I drain your power, killing you in the process, and then, I take over Equestria using Celestia's power, and yours."
"I'm not gonna let you!!" I shouted.
"Foolish mare! You think you can hold me? ME!? The most powerful being on the universe?"
"Yes, because I'm going to help her!" Lance stood by my side.
"So be it."
