"Ok ok. Now we have 2 hours before he picks us up. I'll pick out our clothes and we can get ready later. Let's say like 45 to 8."

"What?! we need to do makeup and hair. We need at least a hour and a half."

"You might need that much time but my hair just needs a bit of blow drying. My makeup takes about five minutes. And everything would have been picked out within this hour so it won't take much time for me."

"Well I need as much time as I can get. Let's start by picking out the outfit."

It took 30 minutes for us to pick out our outfit because everything I picked out didn't fit her liking. She picked out a mid thy black dress and black boots that I convinced her to let me wear. She chose a short black and white striped dress with white heals.

/Let me give you a make over.

When we finished it was five minutes to eight. My hair was in a side braid and Kat kept her hair the same, down. When the clock struck eight, the doorbell rang.

"Ah he's here!" Kat squealed.

I followed her downstairs. When she opened the door, Aaron stood at the door in dark skinny jeans and a fitted black t-shirt. I looked to his face and saw he was eyeing me from head from toe. I began to blush. When his eyes finally landed on my face he looked into my eyes. We both went in for a hug and he was really warm but squishy, unlike a vampire.

"Hey." We both said at the same time.

I giggled. Wait... When do I ever giggle!?

"Yeah... So, this is my best friend Kat."

"Hello" he shook her hand. "So is that your real name or what people call you?"

"My real name."

"Oh ok. Well shall we get going?"

"Yeah."

"I'm so sorry but I forgot to mention. One of my buddies is riding with us. You two can ride in the back if you want. And also... He is a big pot smoker but I'll tell him not to do it on the ride to and fro."

"Ok no that's fine. We really don't mind the smell."

I looked over to Kat and she was looking at Aaron nodding her head.

"Ok, well it's settled."

We walked out to his car and his friend was on the side of it smoking. His friend didn't look too bad either. He had long mid neck hair but it looked as if he had ran his fingers through it and flipped it to one side.

When we approached, Aaron started. "Dani, this is Hayden and Kat." He said while pointing to us.

Dani nodded at Kat then looked at me. When he looked me up and down, I could feel Aaron snake his hand through my right arm to the side of my stomach right above my hip. Dani doesn't scare me. I wouldn't mind hanging out with Dani, but not if we aren't in a group. I think I'll feel just a little more comfortable around Aaron than Dani.

"Nice to meet you Dani." Kat and I said at the same time.

"Are you two sisters?" Dani asked.

"No we just think..." I started.

"very much alike."

Dani looked impressed and Aaron just held a semi smirk.

"Now..."I started.

"LETS GET THIS PARTY STARTED!"

At the party, loud rock, pop, and electro music blared throughout the club. There were many people here but not as much as a regular club night.

"This way."

We all followed Aaron to an excluded area where there were just a small group of people around this one boy that looked to be about our age. I'm guessing he is the birthday boy.

"Aaron, Dani... And friends? And to what do I owe the pleasure?" I took in that he had a thick English accent.

"Hey Liam. This is Hayden and Kat."

Liam stood up and stalked toward us. In the chair he looked really short. When he finally reached me, he was actually a few inches taller than me. Almost the height of Aaron. I put my hand out to shake his. When he got my hand, he put his lips to it and kissed the back.

"Yes, thank you Liam for that warm welcome to my date."

"Oh yes... Date?"

"Uh yeah... I guess so..." I said.

"And Kat madam. Lovely to make your aquatints."

He did the same thing to her and kissed the back of her hand.

"Yes, well enjoy yourselves. Aaron my dad made me get a personal VIP Section for you so that is two doors down." And he pointed toward the left.

We all walked out the room to our room. When we got in we were handed champagne and seated on a plush couch. "So Aaron, why did Liam have to get you a VIP personal section?" I asked.

"Well his dad is my step-father. Stephen came from England because of his past and wanted to start over so he also gained custody of Liam and took him with. He got rich from stocks and Liam got a hold of that money and became a little rich brat.

"Stephen later met my mom. Few years later they had my half sister which I love to death and would protect with my life. Stephen isn't as bad as you may think. He is a family man but also knows his business."

I nodded my head. It's nice to know that Aaron loves his sister would protect her.

Throughout the night we partied and drank a lot. I didn't get drunk because vampires don't get drunk but it was slit of fun for a non-drinker.

When I returned home with Kat, Aaron and Dani, dani was knocked out from over drinking. Kat and I were a little tired but still up. Aaron was sober from only consuming two alcoholic drinks- both were slowly sipped.

Aaron walked us up to the house and Kat walked hastily in from I'm guessing being tired... And to leave us alone. I'm beginning to like Aaron as a friend now and I know how caring he is with family and friends.

"So I guess this is goodnight."

"Yeah... I guess it is. I enjoyed my time with you."

"Me too." He leaned in for a kiss. It was soft and sweet but also short... Too short. "I'll text you tonight."

"Ok."

Just then Hunter came out from the house. "Who are you and what were you doing with her."

Aaron turned back and smiled. "Hello sir. My name is Aaron and I was dropping Hayden off at home from a party."

Hunter turned to me and his eyes were a charcoal black. I hope Aaron doesn't notice the difference from hazel to black. "You went to a party...WITH HIM!"

"Yes I did, but its none of your business."

"It is too you could of at lease told me about it. Let alone snuck off."

"Go back inside Hunter. I can hang out with who ever I want."

He stormed off back inside slamming the door behind him.

I walked back down to Aaron. "Sorry about him. He can be an ass."

"Uh... I guess. Is he like... Your... Boyfriend?"

"Oh god no. He is my brother who I just seen in..." I almost told him the real amount of years I haven't seen him. "about 3 years."

"Oh ok. Well I'll see you Monday."

"Yeah... See you Monday." I backed up and finally turned around to go inside. Right before I closed the door fully, I looked into his eyes and his stunning smile.

I was sure in for a ear-full from Hunter.. Right.. About ... Now.

"Hayden!! I need a word with you NOW!"

Oh shit...
