Nice and long update for my absence!!! Enjoy!!!!!!!

I did receive an ear-full that night and when Kat tried to talk to me when I got upstairs, I made the excuse of being too tired and needing rest. She didn't push and I didn't give in and spill.

I laid in my bed pondering the night. I wish Hunter would stop trying to interfere. It just not his place. To get my mind off of things, I did the only thing I could think of. Dying my hair.

I went to my bathroom closet full of hair dying bleach and some hair dye in every color imaginable. I pulled out the red dye and color stripper.

Once my hair was left with faint blue and purple and some blond, I began to apply the dye. And hour or two later, I sat in my bed with my straighteners and poofy blown out hair. When it was all straightened, I grabbed my Mac book and began to pull up music to listen to while reading. In the middle of reading, an email popped up from the Supernatural council. It read that there was an urgent meeting that I was in need of attending. I quickly closed my computer and threw on some black skinny jeans, a navy blue peplum top, black converse, and a navy blue fedora.

I sprinted through my house to find Kat and Hunter. When I did, they were on the living room couch watching a movie. "Uh... hey guys... So I'll be out for a while. I have to go to a meeting with the Supernatural council."

They both nodded. "First, hair? and second, do you need me to come with?"

They both asked at the same time. "Uh yeah i changed it. Just got bored. But, No I should be fine. Its just a little meeting... Probably just to discuss laws or something. But I'll have to go now. See you guys later."

Without waiting for a response I rush out of the house to the teleport to the place of the council meetings which is just a little into the woods surrounding my house. The sky was a grey colour. The sun was covered by a thick swarm of clouds but I didn't care because the sun hurt my eyes anyway. I arrived in the dark hallway of the large building. I could already hear conversation coming from the conference room.

I walked down to the room and opened the doors to find representatives from all the forms of supernatural beings. Even though they weren't in full form you could just tell their species from their demeanor, attitude, or posture. I went over to Scarlett, the head of our council, the vampires.

"Hey Hayden. Nice to see you again."

She didn't really like me because she feared that the council would elect me in her place on the board. In truth, I didn't want to have to waste my time every weekend sitting in meeting talking about which law should stand and which should fall.

"Hi Scarlett. How are you?"

"Oh just fine thanks for asking."

I looked behind her to find her younger brother, Brendon. We used to go out some years ago before I went to Europe for a while. Oh how Scarlett got so mad. It would be so funny when she would purposely be mean to me for no reason. I should go back to Europe sometime soon...

"Hey Brendon. How are you?"

"Oh hey Hayden. Long time no see. I see you changed your hair again." he said with a sly smirk.

He was famous for those and it would always make me blush. He leaned down to give me a kiss on the cheek and pull me in for a hug.

"Yeah just got bored and changed it. So do you know whats going on because I didn't read the whole email."

"Oh well too bad. You should've read it to find out. Come on Brendon, lets go take a seat."

"Yeah I'll be there in a sec."
