She is hard as nails but when she's around Jughead she's all loving and heart eyes. Her dad Hal Cooper is abusive to her and her mom gets drunk a lot and lets Hal abuse her. Betty has been holding in a lot of feeling and emotions and she doesn't eat a lot and her older twin brother and sister Polly and Charles have already moved to Riverdale to get away from their mom and dad and they live on the Northside and the Southside is where Jughead Jones lives the bad boy.

His sister and mom JB and Gladys left them and he lives with his dad who has cleaned up his act. He is the mentoring buddy to Betty. He showed her the Southside and the Southside serpents. She becomes one because of him and he likes her but scared to tell her he is also hard as nails

Daddies little girl as what everyone's says about her. She becomes friends with Betty when she transfers to Riverdale High and they are the B and V team up. They get up to mischief and yet the friendship is strong. She is dating the one and only Archie Andrews.

A lot has happened to this fella but it is all good in the end. Veronica Archie Cheryl Kevin and Jason are Riverdale High amazing people but in the Southside it's Fangs Sweetpea Toni and Jughead the trouble makers. Archie loves Veronica so much that he doesn't let her go. He is sometimes dumb but is funny.
