* JUNGKOOK's P.O.V. * "What is taking so long?", complained Yoongi hyung.
"Do you think he played us?", asked Jin hyung.
"Ladies and gentlemen, may I now present our beloved prime alpha and luna!", the host said from the top of the stairs.
Just then, the doors opened revealing Kai with... Y/N?
She wore an elegant black and maroon, silk gown with limestones that hugged her waist and covered her left shoulder. Her make up was natural and dark at the same time.

Everyonecheered for them as they went to the center but we all just stood there with wide eyes and open jaws.
"What the actual f*ck?", commented Jin hyung.
Kai glanced at us, me specifically, with a smug smirk planted on his lips. I'm pretty that if we were alone, he'd be a headless corpse by now.
We all turned our bodies to our table. The rest of the guys at home were just as shocked as we were. I could tell by their complete silence.
Jimin hyung broke the silence, "Am I dreaming or are we actually here?"
"I'm pretty sure that this is a dream", Yoongi hyung replied and sipped his drink.
"How is Jin hyung catching up?", asked V hyung.
"I'm desperate", he replied.
"Can you guys shut up first?", I scolded them.
Silence filled the air. They all had so many questions, especially Jungkook.
Why didn't she come back to us?
Why would she go to him, the person whose people tortured her so that she'd join them?
Why would she seek their help?
They were all brought back to reality when Jimin repeatedly nudged Jungkook's arms.
"WHAT?", I asked almost shouting. He moved his eyes back and forth between me and behind me signaling me to look back.
I did as he indirectly told me to. I looked back and saw her and Kai approaching us.
'What do we do?' V hyung asked us through the mind-link.
'Don't ask her our questions if Kai will stay. Act professional like we're talking to another alpha. And stay calm', I told them.
"So, Y/N, this is Jungkook, Jeon Jungkook", Kai told her as we all turned to the opposite direction.
"Hi! Kai has told me so much about you guys", she said with a smile as she reached out her hand for me to shake, which I gladly took.
"Okay so I suppose you guys will be fine here?", Kai asked us.
"We'll be fine. Go do your thing", he flashed her a smile and gave her a quick peck on the cheek. I don't know why but it gave me a hint of jealousy.
"So you're the Jeon Jungkook Kai has been mentioning so much to me about", she said with an innocent smile.
"What else do you know about me, Ms. Y/N?", I asked her while looking into her eyes.
"Aside from the fact that you haven't introduced me to your friends", she replied in a flirty way.
"Yes, Alpha Jeon. Why haven't you introduced us to Ms. Y/N?", Jimin hyung asked.
"Oh, right. Where are my manners?", I apologized. "This is Taehyung, my beta. This is Jimin, my future luna's general delta and this is Yoongi, Jimin's second-in-command."
She shook hands with all of them and shared a short greeting. "Jungkook-ah, can you ask her why her older brother got 4 points on an hour test when he was younger?", Jin hyung told me.
"Ms. Y/N-", she cut me off.
"Y/N. We're not at a meeting and besides, my stubborn mate isn't here."
"Oh, sorry. Y/N", I made a short pause and she lightly nodded. "If you don't mind me asking, why did your brother fail an hour test when you two were younger?"
She didn't say anything and raised her brows in confusion instead.
"I'm sorry, Alpha Jeon but I'm an only child. You must've been misinformed about that", she said with utter confusion visible in her eyes.
"Oh, I apologize if my source bore false news", I apologized and tried to not yell out to stop pretending to not know at her. Although her confusion looked so sincere.
"Well. I have to go greet the other guests. If you have time, I'd love to present you with authentic information about myself", she said indirectly asking me out on a friendly date. "You could bring your friends as well so they don't feel left out."
"If you'd give me a little time to think about it, I might even consider going."
"Take all the time you need. I'll get going now." With that, she left our table and went to tend to the other alphas that attended.
"Okay, that is the biggest bullsh*t I have ever heard", Jin hyung stated.
"How the f*ck is she alive?", questioned Jimin hyung.
"Why doesn't she remember us?" V hyung added.
"She has amnesia", I softly said.
"What was that?", Namjoon hyung asked me.
"I think she has amnesia", I said aloud this time.
"Okay, but that doesn't explain how she's still alive", stated Yoongi hyung.
"What if a wall or somethin blocked the explosion from getting to her and then they found her?", Namjoon hyung gave out a hypothesis.
"What if the meeting was a setup?", JIn hyung.
"Let's just put this aside, talk about this when we get home and just try to enjoy the party.
