Both evlan and Marlene go into town, arriving at a restaurant in a very suspicious neighborhood.
Marlene follows evlan however, even though she second guessed the location.
They both enter the building, Marlene somehow feels uncomfortable. The people around them were staring at her.
Evlan: Derek table for 2!
She looks as she sees another young man pop out in the distance waving.
Derek: you got it boss!
Evlan smiles still leading the way as Marlene still continued to follow.
Eventually derek showed them to a table.
Derek: just a menu for the young lady?
Evlan nods.
Evlan: yes.
Derek nods leaving to get a menu.
Marlene: your not going to eat?
Evlan looks at her seeing behind and all around them that everyone was staring. He gives them a glare not having Marlene notice that he did so.
He smiles at Marlene.
Evlan: I already ate, dont worry. This meal your getting it's on me. I'm paying for it.
Marlene nods as derek comes back handing the menu.
Derek leaves, Marlene opening to see the foods and prices listed.
Her eyes and jaw drops as she sees the expensive pricing. She looks at evlan like he was insane for paying these prices.
Marlene: evlan. These prices th-
Evlan: I know, there expensive.
Marlene: theres no way!
Evlan: no way what?
Marlene: that your paying $250 for a dish!
Evlan chuckles as he smirks at her.
He pulls out his wallet. And shows her a quick peek. In the wallet was $5,000 cash.
She stares,not believing that it was true.
Marlene: what the fuck, where in the hell do you get this money!?
Evlan: *whispering* don't tell anyone this but. I'm hella fucking rich.
Marlene: what? Really!?
He nods.
Evlan: I'm born in to a really wealthy family, hence I'm wealthy myself. If I were to move out I'd be good.
Marlene: how do you know that?
Evlan: because my family and our name have a hella good reputation.
Marlene: really? What's your last name?
Evlan: Westwood
Marlene: w-what!?
Evlan: why do you seem so shocked?
Marlene: your great grandparents built this town!
Evlan: and the city 2 hours away from here.
Marlene: what?
Evlan nods.
Evlan: we Westwood's built the city 2 hours away from here and this town.
Marlene: ok, well why did you build two different places?
Evlan: the city was for people to thrive. The town well, it's mostly meant to trade things between the city and this other city that we bond with. It's on the other side of this town.
Marlene: ohhh ok. Makes sense.
Evlan: now are you going to order or do you wanna starve?
Marlene: I'll order
She giggles.
After she order and evlan pays she eats the meal not realizing how amazing the dish was.
Marlene: my god. There is no freaking way that this is tasting so good!
Evlan: wanna know why it tastes so good?
She nods still eating off her plate.
Evlan: the food here is from the rarest and most exotic animals. The meat is pure and must be cooked highly professionally. The ingredients are very very expensive hence why the prices are outrageous.
Marlene: yeah but I had no idea the food would be this freaking good! It's so worth the price!
Evlan: indeed it is.
Hours go by and they walk back to evlan's. Marlene however was drunk, and so was evlan.
They both stumbled on their feet but held each other up. That was until ash calls.
Marlene answers.
Marlene: hello?
Ash: where the fuck are you?
Marlene: my god I'm with my friend leave me alone.
Ash: which fucking friend?
Marlene: uh our neighbor. Jeez dude go smoke a blunt you need it.
Marlene hangs up not realizing that ash was literally outside waiting by the street light near the park.
They walk into the park both evlan and Marlene seeing ash waiting.
Ash: get your ass home now!
Marlene: I dont wanna.
Ash: NOW OR IM DRAGGING YOUR ASS THERE!
Marlene: DO IT THEN ASSHOLE DO IT!
they both scream at each other. Eventually however ash becomes very physical. He grabs Marlene by the arm causing evlan go wild with anger.
Ash:YOUR FUCKING COMING HOME IF ITS THE LAST THING I DO!!
ash pulls Marlene hard, almost dragging her.
Marlene: STOP LET ME GO YOU FUCKING PRICK!!
She squeals trying to break free. Evlan however couldn't move. his body was overcome by anger that he couldn't control it.
Ash yanks her once and it pisses Marlene off. She smacks him causing him to let go. Ash looks at her more angry than before. Smacking her not long after that she falls crying.
Ash then grabs her by the leg, dragging her in the process.
Evlan however wasnt himself. His fangs were out, his eyes red.
He moved so fast that not even Marlene could see him.
He flys in front of ash causing him to stop.
Ash let's go of Marlene, Marlene now moving away as fast as possible. Ash looks at evlan as he gives the death stare.
Ash: WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU LOOKING AT?
Evlan: touch her again. I fucking swear.
Ash: SWEAR WHAT? THE FUCK YOU GONNA DO TO ME HUH?
Evlan: Dont fucking TOUCH HER.
his eyes are staring right at him now. Ash backing away in fear.
Ash then doesnt hesitate, as he runs off to the house.
Evlan walks over to Marlene, his vampire look gone now. He lifts her up.
Evlan: are you okay?
Marlene wipes her tears.
Marlene: yeah I'm okay.
