Lost without you

Chapter 12 ~Fun-Loving trip

~~~~(Pooki's POV)~~~~

I rummage through Jerry's suitcase, finally glad to see that he did listen to my instructions. Grabbing the swim trunks, I turn back to Jerry who's still blindfolded waiting patiently. Locking up the car, we head to the closest washrooms. I toss him his pair of swim trunks and take my pair heading to a different stall.

"You want me to put these on," Jerry says sounding confused

"Yes Jerry don't worry this will be fun," I say, excitement coursing through me.

Finishing up earlier than him was shocking but then he is changing blindfolded. In a matter of minutes, he steps out without a shirt and just the swim trunks. One hand holding the clothes he was wearing before and the other hand on his hip. I couldn't help but direct my attention to his bare chest, quickly noticing how lean he truly was. 

I'm quite mad that I didn't realize his body structure more but then again he was wearing a jacket that didn't compliment his body underneath. But instead hid it like it was never there. I stare even longer at his strong built and looking at my own, feeling a blush of being embarrassed and love for him.

"Hey earth to Pooki, are you there?" Jerry says moving his hand across my face, which is now to a bright crimson color. Sighing in relief that he still had that blindfold on. Gosh if I didn't know better he seems like a mysterious character, a very attractive one to be in fact.

"I...Yeah, I'm here Jerry sorry I spaced out" I say trying to play it off, very glad that the blindfold is there to shield his vision if not for it, he would've teased my crimson face.

"Okay good, I was worried you ditched me and left me to have fun by yourself". He started laughing a bit but I could hear a bit of sadness to his voice which he was trying to mask with his laughter.

"Aww, I would never Jerry, now for our little adventure," I say whispering in his ear.

I feel his body tense then see his body quiver by the sudden change to my voice being flirty. Stepping back, I see his face go full crimson glad I'm not the only one.

~~~~(Jerry's POV)~~~~

Feeling my face go red, I curse under my breath hoping he doesn't see it. I feel Pooki grab my hand, pulling me towards our mysterious adventure.

I feel my face get even hotter, hopefully, he can't see this. My heart hurts with feelings, but it's best to just hold off for now at least till this goes perfectly. We run off to who knows where until we finally get to a stop in our tracks.

"Alright, we made it to the beginning of our scurvy adventure," Pooki says in his best pirate impression.

Which might I add is adorable even if it isn't the best imitation of a pirate.

"So, if we made it, can I please take off my blindfold now?," I say, pouting but also very excited to see where he's taken me.

Pooki goes behind me, pulling me closer to him so he can reach the knot. Finally, the blindfold comes undone revealing a beautiful beach in front of me. Looking around it seems it's just us and the beautiful bliss of silence. Pooki looks at me with curiosity but excitement in his eyes.
