Draco stared at the letter in his hand, reading and re-reading the words.

Dear Draco Lucius Malfoy,

You will not recognize who this is from.  Just assume  that I am someone loyal to the Dark Lord. I have heard that you have been given a job, and I am going to help you with your task, as well as add a few things to it.

Do not kill Harry Potter yet. Instead, get some of his blood and send it with this owl the next time you see it.

Greatest wishes of luck.

Draco was confused. How could he trust this letter? For all he knew, it could be Potter, trying to stall his death. But how could he know about his task? Surely, his father, the Dark Lord (before his death), Draco, and his mother were the only people to know of this quest.

The owl hooted, and when Draco turned to shoo it out, it dropped an empty vile into his hand. The bird turned, and left the manor before Draco could give it back.

the vile was relatively large. Did the person really expect him to get that much blood? No matter. He would do it, wither it was from Potter or not. Anyways, why would Potter want him to send him a vile of his own blood? It didn't make sense.

But either way, he was going to kill Harry Potter.

Again, short. But still, I think it's important.
