[The day after her parents died]

The things were starting to knock on the doors trying to find orphans

I knew I couldn't go with them, they were the reason my parents were dead I just knew it

I knew what I had to do

I took my parents Ipad and used the voice recordings they had

Luckily my parents were very cautious people that they left me voice messages for when I was home alone

The people had finally passed by

I knew I would have to figure out how to live

Where could I go?

I didn't think I had any relatives

I knew living with anyone at this point would be better as long as it wasnt the things

I wandered outside keeping my head low

Slowly walking over to the park, I ran into what seemed to be a spoiled brat

It turned out he was only a year older than me

The first thing that he said was that I was his and that he wanted to 'own' me

Somehow he got his parents to agree

Wasn't this kidnapping?

But then again isn't this was I had wanted?

I knew I needed to be apart of the family to survive

As we got to the house the Parents of the kid told me their name was Mr. and Mrs Lee

And that they would adopt me if I did chores around the house

Great I thought to myself...

never thought I would be the modern day Cinderella 

I was stupid to accept 

But I was young and naive
