Annabeth

At 6:40 I walked out of my building to meet Percy. He was already outside and he had a huge grin on his face. We said hello and walked to his car. He opened the passenger side door and bowed. "After you milady." I smiled. "Such a gentleman." We both laughed as he closed the door and got in on the other side. Then, he pulled out his phone and plugged it into the dashboard. He scrolled for a second with a scrunched brow until he found the song. Satisfied from Hamilton started playing.
As he drove we both sang along and danced. At the red light the rapping came on and I sung every word.
He stopped singing for a moment and looked at me. He was smiling nodding to the song. "Your really good." He sounded amazed.
I blushed a little. "Thanks."
"You should totally try out for the musical!"
"I don't know.... I mean I'm not that good."
He gave me a confused look. "Have you heard yourself sing? Your amazing!"
He tried to imitate my rapping ultimately failing.
We both laughed and I thought for a second.
"What are you trying out for?" He gave me an exited look. He was so cute. ANNABETH NOOO STOP IT!!
I know! Chill. I mentally rolled my eyes at my conscience.
"I'm thinking about Alexander but I don't know... I'll probably just tryout for Laurens." My brow furrowed. "Why not Alexander?" His smile lessened.
"I'm not nearly talented enough to get a lead!"
I smirked at his remarks. "I'll see that for myself."
I grabbed the phone and tapped on Dear Theodosia. What I heard next baffled me. It was amazing. He sung every verse perfectly.
When it ended his cheeks reddened.
"See? I'm not that good."
I let out the breath I had been holding.
"That was amazing Percy! You have to try out for Alexander!"
"Really? You think I'm good?"
"Yes! It was perfect! You have to do it!"
"I don't know..." he gave a saddened look.
"For me?" I said in a pleading voice.
"I will if you try out for Eliza." He smirked as he spoke.
I thought for a second.
"Fine. I'll tryout if it means you will."
His smile was very wide, giving me the same look he has given me when I said yes to sitting at lunch with him. I smiled back as we continued to Piper's.

Percy

Being in the car with Annabeth was amazing. Especially when Hamilton is involved. What I loved most about it was just hearing her laugh as we danced and goofed off. I loved her smile. She was truly amazing. I thought about what everyone had said at lunch the other day. That I had a crush. And I might. I'm not quite sure yet though. I mean we JUST became friends.
No I don't have a crush on her.
At least.....not yet.
For a while we talked about different musicals and goofing off about them. We even made fun of our evil step parents which was probably one of the greatest conversations of my life. At the end of the ride we were both laughing so hard we cried and our smiles were brighter than ever. We parked just outside Piper's penthouse which Annabeth was standing in awe of.
"This is Pipers?"
"Yep."
"Wow."
She examined the structure intensely thinking hard as she walked in. She was truly an architect.
Walking into the giant penthouse there was a big open room with windows everywhere. The woman at the door had told us that the group was in the lounge so we went there.
"Finally!" Everyone pretended to roll there eyes. We all laughed. I looked at my watch. 6:59. I looked back at the crowd of friends. Someone was missing.
Leo.
"Leo has 35 seconds before he's late."
We all snickered and Thalia and Jason made bets on if he was going to show up on time. Just then a big loud thump came from the hall and Leo came running in with Calypso behind him.
"I'm not late!"
I looked back at my watch. 7:00 exactly.
We all clapped at his attendance and sat down. Piper and Jason were on a four seater couch while Hazel and Frank were on a two seater. Leo and Calypso were on the other two seater across from them and Reyna, Will, and Nico, were all on bean bag chairs.
Me and Annabeth sat next to Piper and Jason making sure that they sat next to each other forcing them to touch because were amazing friends. Piper started the show and let's just say, there was singing. And dancing. And rapping. And crying. (The crying was mostly Leo.)
It was a blast having fun with everyone. Burn was my favorite part of the entire thing though.
Annabeth sung it beautifully for us all to hear. (After a lot of convincing by everyone.) We all clapped and she blushed bright pink. It was amazing. She was amazing.
"By the way, she's totally trying out for the musical."
Pipers face grew in shock. "Yes! Drew won't be the lead again and we can actually have a good show!"
Everyone made whooping noises to that.
Annabeth smirked at me.
"And Percy is trying out for Alexander!"
Again they all cheered.
"Finally! With you guys as the leads our show will be amazing!"
Smiles were on everyone's faces as we all joked and goofed around being dorks. Piper, Hazel, And Annabeth did Schuyler Sisters which was really fun to watch. And all of us sung My Shot. Then the true game began. Truth or dare.

Another chapter! It's so fun to write this story and I really truly appreciate you giving your time to reading it.
I'm actually writing another! It's called Let Me Take You To Rio and it is inspired by Blue Sky's, Rio movies! Im really exited about it and I have it all planned. There is only one chapter but I will post more as soon as I can. That's all for now! Bye Lovely's!!
