"Err, Hello Regulus." 
I looked up shocked. 
"P-potter..?" What was this no good friend of my brother even here for? Surely, he didn't actually want to talk to me .. 
"May I-I sit here?" He was pointing to the chair next to me. No one was going to sit there anyways, so I hesitantly let him sit.
"And to what exactly do I owe the arrival of your WONDERFUL presence to,Potter?" 
"Err, see the thing is..You know the marauders right? Me, Remus,Sirius and Peter. I was a-actually hoping you could help me with a p-prank."

I was speechless. Why exactly would he come to ME of all other people, for help with a prank.
"W-Why would you need my help with a prank, I thought that was your one and only passable talent."
"Hey! what a-about my oh so amazing looks?" He buffed himself up as if he were showing off his biceps..if he had any that is..
"Which ones exactly? oh! you mean those clearly non-existent that no one but you can see??" Not that he would admit to anyone, this conversation was amusing.
"Low blow Black, low blow."
"Whatever Potter, you still didn't tell me why you think you need MY help?"
"Well, you see. We are having a prank war. I'm with Moony-Remus and Sirius and Peter are the other team. So far me and moony have not been extremely successful.Sirius keeps taking help from Evans .Soo, I thought we could use some help to have an upper hand against them, but Pads-Sirius in particular."

"Hmmmm...."
This idea wasn't half bad. I mean after all no one else actually knew my big bro's greatest weakness. I would have the satisfaction of beating him at his own game too. 
"I'll do it."
"Wa-wait Really?"
"Yes sure, I mean with me you definitely have the upper hand over him. You want that right?"
"y-Yes! thank you so much Regulus. I'll finally beat that annoying dog."
I couldn't help but shake my head in amusement. he already seemed to have over fifty ideas overwhelming his brain. From the corner of my eyes, I could see Lupin looking our way, looking like he was trying to figure out our conversation.
"Hey Potter,?"
"Yes?"
"Aren't you going to call Lupin, I'm sure he'd like to be here to hear what I'm going to say."

"Right, right. Give me one sec. MOOONY. get your scrawny ass here.He said he'll help."
He literally hollered across the room.
"Shush James. I'm coming." 
They came and sat down facing me. Lupin had a shy smile gracing his face whereas Potter threw himself on the chair not giving a bother to the world.
"It's alright Lupin, I won't bite.. Not like you of course." I heard a snort from the other side where Potter was.
Lupin looked stunned."Y-You know?"
"Yes so what ?"
"But h-h-ow?"
"Not everyone's as daft as your roommates you know..? I have some common sense."
"Hey! not fair Black."
"Y-you don't see me as a monster."
"Nah, you seem more like the innocent sheep caught in the middle of these idiots here."
"Hey! I take serious offense to that."
"Anyways, I have just the thing to up your game and beat Sirius."
"What is it."Potter was bouncing on his chair in anticipation,and Lupin looked extremely interested."
I leaned forward and whispered it into Lupin's ears. He looked like he was trying to hide a snort. 
"Really?!!!"
"Yup." I sat back and folded my hands behind my head and sat like how Sirius would normally would. If my mother saw me right now, she'd have my head.
"WHat is it .. Tell me!"
"SHhhh, be quiet prongs."
"Fine what is it.. tell me.." he whispered.
Lupin repeated what I told him into his ear. Potter unlike Lupin couldn't control himself. He burst out laughing and fell of his chair in the process of doing so.
"B-but H-how did that even h-hap-ppen ?" He wheezed out in between laughs.
"When he was 5 or 6. I'd blame Bellatrix who told him stories about how it was the muggles creation, a death trap. He still is paranoid of being around it though."

They shared a look and turned back to me. I had one for the look in Potter's eyes, Manic.
This was going to be fun.
