[a/n ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!! *passes all my readers cake* this is a special update because it's a special day! Also turn to page 394 on chapter 39...it's just the best!!]

*Daisy's Point Of View*

Nothing had happened since Sirius black had entered the school unnoticed. He hadn't been seen since.

Today we had Defence against the Dark arts with Remus. I had sat next to Harry because there was no seats next to the Slytherins. "Harry, I really don't want to be in this lesson." I protested. It was almost the end of the day and I was so tired. Harry had been trying to avoid me quite a lot, and that made me worried.

"Well, you're going to have to put up with it." he said back. I groaned and took out my wand and book. Suddenly, all the blinds started shutting and my dad walked in? Wait dad?

If my dad was teaching, this would be fun. I took out my wand and said a spell to open the blinds again. It was too dark in the classroom with the blinds down. Just because my dad was used to the dark. "Daisy, close them again." I said coldly. Oh he's in one of them moods. Some of the class started laughing as I closed the blinds with my wand again.

"Turn to page three hundred and ninety-four." My dads voice sounded. It was cold enough to give everyone goosebumps. The projector was turned on but nothing was on the board.

I turned to page three hundred and ninety-four. Werewolves? Was this to do with Lupin? "Excuse me, sir... Where is professor Lupin?" Harry asked. Now he's done it. You can just sense my father getting angry from behind us.

"That's not really your concern, is it, potter? Suffice it to say, your professor finds himself incapable of teaching...at the present time. Turn to page three hundred and ninety-four!" He said coldly. Wow he really wasn't in the mood.

I put my head in my hands. "Turn to page Three hundred and Ninety-four!" I shouted, loud enough for everyone to here.

"Miss. Snape, calm down." Oh we're on last name basis now, father?

"Certainly, Professor Snape." I really felt like getting up and leaving. Draco tapped me on the shoulder and looked at me.

"What's the matter with you?" He whispered. I just shrugged and groaned. Was this class ever going to start?

"Werewolves?" Ron asked, confused. We weren't even meant to be starting this stuff till next term?

"But, sir, we've just begun learning about red caps and Hinkypunks. We're not meant to start nocturnal beasts for weeks-" Hermione said. Where in Merlins name did she come from?

"Where did she come from?" I asked Ron who was in front of us.

"Quiet!" My dad shouted and I flinched. Will this class end already? "Now, which one of you can tell me the difference between an animagus and a werewolf?" Hermione and I both raised our hands. "No one? How disappointing." oh I'm invisible now? I put my hand down because it's obvious he wasn't going to ask me.

"Please, Sir. An Animagus is a wizard who elects to turn into an animal. A werewolf has no choice. With each full moon when he transforms he no longer remembers who he is. He'd kill his best friend if he crossed his path. Furthermore, the werewolf only responds to the call of its own kind-" Hermione talks without permission. Oh this isn't good

"Woohooo." Draco shouts and some of the Slytherins join in. I started laughing. A piece of paper lands in Harry's lap and he quickly looks at it under the table. I didn't bother asking him what it was about, there's no point.

"Thank you, Mr Malfoy. That is the second time you have spoken out of turn, Miss Granger. Are you incapable of restraining yourself, or do you take pride in being an insufferable know-it-all?" Did he really just say that? Oh gosh Hermione looks mad.

"He's got a point you know." Ron spoke out loud.

"Five points from Gryffindor!" All the Slytherins, including me laughed. No matter how rude the Slytherins are, My father never took points away from us. "As an antidote for your ignorance, and on my desk by Monday morning, two tolls of parchment on the werewolf, with particular emphasis on recognising it." Oh I'm not doing that.

"Eugh, I'm not doing that." I groaned and some of the Slytherins nodded. It amazes me how most of them agree with everyone in the house.

"Well, you'll have detention If you don't do it, Daisy." I just sighed and read the book in front of me. Harry said something about quidditch and then my dad started talking about the lesson.

I never payed attention, I almost fell asleep. It was so boring. Let's hope Lupin is back soon because I really didn't want another lesson with my father.
