Maddie's pov
"Do you have a boyfriend?" Chloe asked
"Yes I thought you knew that?" I replied
"No I just was told that you were going on dates with someone." Chloe replied
"Yes and it is my boyfriend." I responded
We continued to play truth or dare. After 20 minutes we got bored and were thinking of what we could tomorrow. After we found out about their parents.
"How about the amusement park with the guys." I replied
"Yeah that'd be awesome." Kendall replied
"Cool ok well it's kind of late so maybe we should go to sleep." Nia said
"Ok good night guys." Paige said
"Goodnight Maddie, Paige, Brooke, Kendall and Chloe I love each and every one of you." Nia said
"Goodnight Nia we love you too." We all said at the same time
I was trying to sleep but I was just thinking about tomorrow. It would be so weird to find out how they died we're going to see their bodies. I wasn't excited for tomorrow. I soon heard sniffling and saw one of the girls get up to go to the bathroom. I walked closely behind to see who it was.
"Brooke are you ok?" I asked
"Oh yeah I'm fine." she replied
"No you're not you can tell me the truth." I said
" it's just my parents were so much a part of who I am. We were perfect together just the three of us. We would spend every single minute we could together. I just miss them so much. There is even simple things that I don't want to do like brush my teeth we used to dance around and brush our teeth and be insane because that's who we are. I just wish they were still alive."
"Brooke I know that you'll never be ok with your parents being gone, but that doesn't mean that you can't live life for today. Your parents would want you to be happy because they love you more than anything in the whole entire world." I replied. Brooke just gave me a big hug.
"Thanks I love you, you know that right." she responded
It didn't surprise me that much Brooke and I were in gymnastics together so we did spend lots of time together.
"I know I love you too."
We then walked back into the living room to try sand get some sleep.
The next morning
Paige's pov
I put no makeup on because I knew I would probably cry it all away. Today was the day I would find out how my mother died. I put on some simple Jean shorts and a T-shirt I walked out the door following behind the other girls. Christi and Marc drove us to the hospital. We walked into the hospital we were assigned to a meeting room we all sat down. Then my boyfriend and Brooke's boyfriend walked in. Brandon sat down beside me gave me a big hug and a passionate kiss.
"I love you." he whispered quietly
"I love you too." I replied
Shortly after everyone else came in. I was sitting next to Brooke we were both holding our boyfriends hands our feet tapping nervous to hear what happened to our parents.
"Hello everyone I'm dr Allen so we have figured out how this incident occurred. So your parents were driving normally to what I believe was the airport." Dr Allen said
"My parents were dropping Paige's mom off at the airport." Brooke said
"Yes well anyways your parents were driving in the speed limit normally when the driver behind them does not pay attention and does not stop at the red light and crashes into them. Then a drunk driver comes in out of nowhere and slams the vehicle head on. Your parents all still alive at that time were told they could no longer live. Your parents decided to write you letters only to their children. I'm so sorry I'll let you read the letters." dr Allen said.
Brooke opened her letter first and began to read it out loud.
"Dear Brooke we love you so much and we are so devastated at this point. We would give anything at this moment to be by your side until the end of your life. I know we will be watching you safely from haven grow into a beautiful young women. You are such a talented amazing girl. We were so lucky to have you as our child. We hope that you find somewhere wonderful to live. Please tell your friends and ours that we love them and will be watching them as well. Tell Nolan that if the time ever comes he has our permission to marry you and to take good care of you. Please tell Paige that everything will be ok and you guys will get better as time goes on. Finally please tell our daughter Brooke Hyland that we love her. Tell her to never stop smiling tell her to keep giggling continue to be with her greatest friends in the world. To continue her dreams to become an Olympic gold medallist for gymnastics. Tell her to always be happy. To never stop being who she is just because a part of her is gone. Tell her that, that part will never fully escape it will always be there. We love you sweetheart we will miss you so much." Brooke started crying into Nolan's shoulder he gave her a hug. I think this was a different crying this was a cry that meant that things would be ok. Brooke calmed down and then it was time for me to read my letter. I took a deep breath and opened the sealed envelope. I opened up the letter and saw my mothers handwriting.
"My beloved Paige I love you. I'm so incredibly sorry. I will miss you so much. I know that you will grow up to be a wonderful woman mother and wife. I'm crying so much right now because I don't want to lose you. Tell your friends and their parents that I love you. Tell Brooke that she is a strong girl and she will get through this. Tell Brandon that he is a good young man and that I hope he is the one that you will marry. To my lovely daughter you are a sweet intelligent talented funny and beautiful young women. I love you. I hope you continue your dreams to be a singer dancer actress and model. Remember to continue to smile. Never stop being happy. I love you so much words can not even say. There is one more thing I need to tell you...
