"Papa mai khilata hu aapko" Samar came forward as Shehnaaz nudged him to do so after she saw Sidharth juggling with his spoon of rice for quite some time now..he moved forward as he made a bite with his tiny hands feeding him, he looked up at her standing distant from him, looking away as he caught her gaze..he felt a but disappointed now as he opened his mouth taking the spoonful in..

"Dadi bhi 3 days ke liye gayi hui hai..I will take care of you okay" Samar said in baby voice as his tiny hands itself struggled to make bites but he did anyway..Sidharth just let out a sigh of large contentment as Samar fed him with all the love in his eyes and heart, he wanted to applaud at his upbringing, he was so kind yet so strong headed at the same time, he indeed was their perfect blend he realized as he looked up at the spot where Shehnaaz was standing only to find her gone, he furrowed his brows at her aloofness, he could read concern in her eyes, but there was something else as well, something incomprehensible, some unfamiliar thing he did not recognize..He walked back in his room, as he saw Shehnaaz already on bed applying some lotion on her side of bed..he purposefully left the light switch on as he slided inside the quilt on his side putting his other hand below his head as he stared at her not paying any heed to his presence..

"Babyy..Aaja na jaldi hug karke soyenge" she said lying on the bedside putting her hand cream..

"Haan bas ek minute.." he said, closing the door..

"Or haan vaha se light ka switch band kar aana" she said biting her lower lip..

"Kal bhi maine kiya tha" he said groaning, keeping his hands on his waist..

"Kar de naa..sath m khada h bilkul"..she said whining..

"Kal tu bhi khadi thi" he said straightly crossing his hands on his chest..

"Kar de naa baby" she said as he moved forward sliding down on his side of bed..

"Kutta..tu jab khada tha to kar nahi skta tha off" she said pulling his hair..

"Baby rules are rules..teri turn hai aaj discipline tut jata hai.." he said getting up and biting her cheek..as she pushes him away getting up ..

"Parre ho jaa ab..Pas mat aio" she said as she walked and switched off the light..sliding back in the bed, he immediately got to her side cuddling her from behind.."Parre hone ko kaha hai" she said hitting his hand on her waist..

"Rules are Rules baby" he said snuggling his nose in her hair and humming as she leaned more into his back giving in while they dozed off..

He smiled as a grin occupied his face he felt her slipping in the bed besides him when he cleared his throat.."Shehnaaz light band karde"

She looked at him removing blanket off her face and looking at him with a disgusted look, when he again spoke "Kal bhi maine band ki thi" he said trying to agitate her, supressing his smile, he knew she did it yesterday as well, but he wanted her to fight him but his urge to smile disappeared when he saw her get up and shut the light as she just ignored him and slid back in her quilt sleeping and turning on her side..he looked at her back as his heart yearned with longing of getting his old Shehnaaz back and his mind trying to decipher reason for losing her...

It was morning, he recalled Samar coming to him and kissing him goodbye before he left for school, he looked at the watch only to realize it was 2 hours before and he must have overslept because of the painkillers, he groaned as it pained to move him arm which he unintentionally did in a move to stretch them early morning out of habit, he looked at Shehnaz's side it was empty ofcourse, and obviously she was not around, he rubbed his eyes as he walked down groggily with half open eyes looking around for her when he heard her voice from Samar's room, she had phone tugged to shoulder as she roamed around cleaning it up and talking simultaneously, he was about to go in..when he heard her talking..
