The Unexpected --Dylan O'Brien

chapter 3

Katie and I are working together as a wedding planner. I'm on my way to pick Katie up and then to our client. As I drive to Katie's house Dylan texts me.

Dylan: hey, just got home. Are you free tomorrow at around 8pm?

Me: hey, yes I am

Dylan: I'll pick you up at 8 then.

I stop at Katie's house and she gets in the car. "I have some news" I say excitedly

"What is it?" She asks

"Remember about the guy from yesterday?" Katie nods "well I was on my way home and I met him again,  he just dropped me home like 30 minutes ago, and he just texted me" I say smiling

"Wait what? Omg that's so good  Hope! What's his name?" Katie gets hyped and we are both smiling from excitement

"Dylan"

"Cute name" She says

Next day Dylan shows up 10minutes early wearing a suit. Damn he looks hot as hell. A black suit with a white bottom down is just heavenly on him. Good thing I dressed in a elegant levander purple dress.

"You look stunning Hope" Dylan says and I smile

"Thank you, you don't look too bad yourself" I chuckle "where are we going?" I ask him excited

"It's a surprise" He says and escorts me to a beautiful car. He opens the door for me and helps me get in.

"What a gentleman" I smile "thank you" Dylan nods then smiles back. He drives us to a fancy restaurant. The food is amazing.

The waiter comes up to us "is the food okay?" She asks

"Yes" I smile "it's heavenly" Then I look at Dylan

"Do you need anything else?" She asks

"No we are good thank you" Dylan says and the waiter goes alway with our dirty plates "Do you want to go on a walk?"

"Yes" I smile, we get up and leave since Dylan already payed for the food even though I wanted to pay at least my part. We walk for an hour straight just talking and having fun. "It's going to rain any minute" I say

"No it's fine" Dylan says chuckling after about 30 minutes it actually starts raining and I chuckle

"See I told you" I tell him and start laughing

"It's just dripping, but if you want we can find a small place where we could stay until it doesn't stop" He says

"No it's fine, I like rainy days" I say awkwardly. We start walking back to the car slowly and the rain just gets heavier each second we're both soaking wet.

I ask someone to take a picture of us on the street just to save this memory. Dylan's shirt is see through now and it's really attractive.

I take my heels off and we start running back to the car as the rain turns into a thunderstorm. I slip and fall on my back. I cannot stop laughing "I swear I'm not this clumsy" I say as I laugh and Dylan helps me get up.

"Are you okay?" He asks worried. He's trying strong to keep in his laughter but fails.

A huge lightning scares us both and we start running to the car laughing. We shortly get there and sit into the warm car. "Tonight was amazing, I haven't laughed this much in a while thank you" I tell him

"Yeah me too" Dylan says smiling and drives me home we say our goodbyes and I lay in my bed smiling until I fall asleep.
