Chapter 10

Months later- Christmas day

Ste and John-Paul's wedding day.

3rd Person POV

They were separated the night before. John-Paul stayed at the house and Ste went to the Lomax's house. Leah and Lucas were with Tony while Matthew was with Sally. Each guy had their parties with them.

"I'm getting married today" both men said as they got ready. Their bridesmaids huddled around them and took loads of photos. They were getting married at 12 and it was only 10. Tony and sally had got the kids ready and taken them round to their respective houses to see their dads.

At the Lomax's

Leah, Lucas, Tony, Harry and Diane all walked into the Lomax house all dressed up just as Ste was fastening his blazer.

"Daddy" Both kids shouted as they ran towards their dad. Ste hugged them both and turned to the Hutchinson's clan. Tony was his best man and Diane was walking him down the aisle. She was the closest thing he had to a mum so he thought it was fitting. Tony has been his best mate for ages and forgave him for everything. Ste was shocked that Harry had come but didn't care to say the least.

"Ready mate" Tony said looking at Ste who was wearing a teal suit with a maroon bow tie. Tony had a black suit on with a white shirt and Diane was wearing a stunning teal dress.

"Yeah. Diane, please don't cry" Ste said looking at Diane who had tears in her eyes.

"Sorry. I have just always seen you as a son and now its like I'm losing you. You and John-Paul are going to be very happy together. As long as you haven't got anyone else pregnant." Diane said with a chuckle. Everyone laughed.

"Hope I'm not late" They heard from behind the Hutchinson's. It was Sinead with Hannah.

"Daddy" She yelled as she ran to Ste. He started to cry as he hugged her and his other 2 kids. He stood up and walked over to Sinead.

"Thank you." He said to her, engulfing her in a big hug.

"It's the least we could do." Sinead said looking at everyone. His sisters walked down the stairs dressed all the same.

"Everyone looks amazing" Ste said as he turned to his sisters.

"Right, group selfie" Tegan said as they all huddled behind her camera. Everyone smiled.

"Right. Let's go to a wedding" Ste said and they all piled out of the door.

At the McHay house

John-Paul sat in his maroon suit and teal bow tie waiting for his family to get ready. Nana, Myra and Sally were walking him down the aisle and Sylver was his best man. John-Paul was the only male left in his immediate family. John-Paul hadn't felt this excited/nervous since his last wedding to Ste.

His whole family walked down the stairs all dresses elegantly. Mercedes and Goldie were in matching dresses to the Lomax girls, Sylver was in a black suit with white shirt, Myra and Sally were in Maroon dresses and Nana was in a beautiful hot pink dress. Matthew also came down the stairs in a little suit matching his dad's. Ste and John-Paul decided it would be cute for their sons to match them.

"You look great mate." Sylver said to him as John-Paul stood in the Mirror faffing with his blazer.

"Stop fussing JP. You look gorgeous" Goldie said going over and giving her cousin a hug.

John-Paul picked his son up when he heard the doorbell ring. He gave Matthew to Myra and went over to the door to open it. Behind the door was Marnie and James, much to John-Pauls surprise.
