Ellie POV.
I complained to Jace that I wanted to go back to work but he told me to forget about .
" Jace bae please let me go back to the company. I don't want to be unemployed dear".
" Ellie please I understand you but what if the crazy guy sees you at that company. I want you to quit and I will handle the rest ", he said and patted my shoulders.
" What!!. You want me to QUIT. Hello Jace, did I ever tell quitting is not found in my dictionary.
I just can't quit ".
" Just trust me darling. When you quit that job, I am not going to allow you to stay home . I'll make sure you get a suitable job . Just trust me . I know it will be difficult for you but please for once trust me", he looked into my teary eyes.
" Do you trust me babe", he asked with all seriousness.
I don't even know if I trust him or not . I know he loves me but I am finding it difficult to accept it and now he wants my trust.
I'm so fucked up . I don't know what to say to him.
" Ellie, are you okay ? You look pale . Please tell me everything is okay. Bae talk to me ".
That was the last words I hear before I passed out.
I woke up and I saw bright lights and I was on a bed. And the doctor was writing something.
I tried getting up but I was stopped by Jace.
" What happened Jace?
Where am l?", I asked anxiously.
" You passed out bae . I was scared to death", he answered with a sad tone .
"And you are currently in the hospital".
" Oh my God, I'm sorry Jace . I didn't mean to scare you to death".
" It's okay. It wasn't your fault anyways" , he replied.
As we were exiting the hospital, a large group of paparazzi were waiting for us .
I didn't know what to say or do . I was so tensed but I guess Jace noticed and held my hands.
" Sir who is she ?"
"Is she another chick of yours and why are at hospital? Is she pregnant?
They kept asking numerous questions.
Suddenly a tough guy came to us and lead us to the car .
I was totally confused.
" Umm Jace who are these people? I am kinda scared. I think we got kidnapped or something", I said looking so tensed.
"Haha . Seriously Ellie I told you I'm a celebrity and these people are my bodyguards and my personal driver" , he replied.
"Bu...but I never knew you had guards. I mean we were alone at home and you drove me around ", I said with confusion.
" Okay . Ellie I didn't want you to know. I wanted you to see me as a random guy.
All the ladies I have been with were close to me because of one thing. It is either my money or better still just have a one night stand. But you are so different from those bitches Ellie.
I hope you are not mad at me", he asked
" No l am not mad at you . I understand everything. But why were they asking weird questions like that . One even asked of I was pregnant I mean for Christ sake ".
" They always do that Ellie. I just ignore them sometimes dear. It's part of my living you know".
" Yeah I do . As much as I want to be that famous, I don't want that attention. It is too much. I mean they try to invade into your privacy" I said .
"Well forget them . I think we should go home - I mean my real home ", he said and kissed my cheeks.
