It's a late Friday night Dani is sitting up, working on a history paper in her dorm, text books and note books scattered all over her bed. She's scrolling through different websites on her iPad, writing down key notes that are important to her.

"Print anything helpful that you find." She nods to Tony.

Tony is sitting at her desk, looking up information on the history of birth control and different forms of contraceptives for her.

Over this past week she's been researching for a history paper, going all the way back to the earliest forms of contraceptives and birth controls, figuring out when they were created and why and who created them. As well as searching up the most recent forms created today.

Soon her phone starts ringing and she just thinks she's hearing things having been cooped up in her dorm all day, studying and working on this paper.

"Uh Dani. Your phone is ringing." Tony nods, picking up her phone.

"Oh! Okay! Crap!" She gaps and starts searching the bed for it, pushing papers and books out of her way.

"It's over here." He says holding it up.

"Oh! Who is it?" She asks and checks the time on your iPad, wondering who would be calling her this late at night.

"Auntie Sam." He says, reading the screen.

"Uhm.. answer. Put it on speaker and don't talk." She nods.

"Sure." He nods, answering and putting the phone on speaker.

"Hello?"

"Hey baby girl!" Sam calls out all extra chipper.

"Hey auntie!" Dani says, getting off the bed and walks over, picking up the phone and hops up on the desk in front of Tony.

"How are you? Are you busy?" Sam asks.

"I'm always busy. But never too busy for my auntie. What can I do for y'a?" Dani says.
"And I'm doing really good. Just working on a paper." She adds.

"Well. Not sure if you remember or not. But your grandpa's birthday is coming up this weekend. And we've decided to get as much of the family together as we can and have a birthday brunch for him." Sam smiles.
"He's getting older and starting to forget things. We just wanna get everyone together. So he has a chance to see everyone again, before he starts to forget too much. Do you think you can make it? I know it's really last minute.." Sam bites her lip.

Dani sits there listening and kicks her legs then stops and leans back against the wall. She sets her phone down then lifts her legs up onto the desk and hugs them to her chest.
"When is it?" Dani asks.

"On Sunday.. at noon." Sam nods.

Dani bites the inside of her cheek, thinking then picks up her laptop.
"Uhm.. give me a second." She nods and scoots more in front of Tony then wiggles her feet down onto the chair he's sitting in, wiggling her feet under his legs and puts her Mac on her lap, opening up her online blackboard and goes to her history professor, emailing him, asking for an extension on the paper, telling him that a family emergency has come up and she has to fly out of state.

"If you can't make it that's okay, hun." Sam says. "I just thought I'd ask."

"No no. I want. I just. Have a paper due Monday and I'm trying to see if I can get an extension on it right now. He just assigned it to us like two days ago though. Hold on." Dani nods, typing up the email and sends it.
"Or was it the beginning of the week.." She mumbles to herself.
"Hopefully he'll answer. But yes. I'd love to come." Dani nods and bites her lip, waiting for him to reply.
"He usually always replies.. so.." She shifts back on the desk again, crossing her legs and sets her Mac on her lap, staring at the screen then gets a notification for a new email about five minutes later.
"Okay. I got the extension. Yeah I'll fly out tomorrow."
