Naruto is the grandson of Izuna Uchiha so he lives with the Uchiha everyone except Shisui, Itachi and Satsuki look at him like a weapon so he gets trained by Shisui and becomes an amazing prodigy unlocking the Sharingan at age of 6

The black haired boy said as he gave the now Identified Shisui a big hug which he returned "Well I came here to ask if you wanted to train I can also show you a new Jutsu?" Shisui said once they broke the hug "Huh really Shisui of course I would" The boy replied with stars in his eyes "Alright then get your shurikan and kunia and I think you should pick better clothes because Satsuki is going to be there and you wouldn't want your little crush to see like that do you?" Shisui said in a teasing manner which made the boy grow beet red and started to shout "I DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT" while running inside to grab his weapons and to change he then came out 2 minutes later

The now Identified Naruto said with a smirk "Yeah your right I should now lets go you wouldn't want to delay your training would you?" Shisui said as he held on to Naruto should and vanished
