After.. that happened.. Me and Five made our way to her office. We walk in and see the handler sitting in her desk, with trays of food for us.
"Ah, finally."
The whole lunchtime wasn't as awkward as I thought it would be. The handler just brushed it off as it never happened.
"So, How long has this..." She gestured to the two of us. "Been going on?" The handler smirks.
"Uh.." Five says, thinking of a lie.
"Not too long," I reply.
"I'm so happy you two are a thing again." The handler blurts out.
"Me too." Five interrupts before she could say anything else.
Uh.
"Such a shame Sky didn't remember you at first. But I knew she would fall for you again."
I let out an awkward laugh.
"I see the way you two look at each other. It is very cute. Tell me, what do you like about each other? Was it his eyes? His hair? An instant attraction? Spill."
I try to hide the panic in my eyes, but at fives silent laugh, I don't think I'm doing a great job. I start bouncing my leg up in down with my toes. "I guess it was because he already had feelings for me... and I kinda- uh- caught them to.. I guess?" I duly said. I have no idea what im saying. Five decides to speak up before I have to talk anymore.
"The moment I met Sky, I knew she was the one for me." He tells the handler, not quite answering her question. I think he didn't really answer because he didn't want me to feel uncomfortable.
"Aw! Tell me more." The handler cooed.
"It's alright five! You don't have to say it." I waved him off.
"Please?" Handler let out a pouty lip.
He looked over at me and I nodded, telling him it's okay.
"The moment I Layed my eyes on her, I instantly fell in love. Our personalities were so alike. Sometimes I don't have to explain my self, she just understands. Her beauty is breathtaking. She's very angelic. And funny! She would always make me laugh during the apocalypse. I could go on and on.. but It's alright." He lists,
My cheeks get hotter and hotter. I can see he looks at me from the corner of my eye. But I look in the opposite direction, trying to hide the blush on my face!
