University progressed quickly for the next month. Dragging Emily out of bed, morning classes, lunch with William, Michael and Em, afternoon class and either homework or hanging out with Michael. It's been a good way to spend the time, I've even gone to lunch with Eric a few times but only as friends.
Our holiday's coming up and I'm almost dreading leaving my three best friends, not to mention it's funny watching Emily and William skirt around each other pretending they don't have feelings for one other.
'Hey, what're you guys doing for the holidays?' William asked.
We were all sitting in the guys' frat room relaxing away our Sunday afternoon.
'No plans for me, I was just going to hang at my parent's beach house.' Emily shrugged.
'For a month? On your own?' I asked.
'It's not so bad.'
'You can come stay at my place if you want, I don't really want to spend my birthday alone.'
'Your birthday's coming up?' William said surprised.
'Yeah, I'll be nineteen. You know, if you guys aren't doing anything you can come too, there's plenty of space.'
'I'm in if Emily goes.' William said softly.
I rolled my eyes, 'Right, so the two of you are coming. Michael please don't leave me alone with these two.'
'Well I couldn't do that to you.'
'Yay!' I grinned.
'Your parents won't mind?' Willy asked.
'My mom ran out on us when I was nine, just after she had my sister and my dad will be away at work.'
'Your dad will be away on your birthday?' Michael asked slowly like he couldn't believe it.
'Every year but it doesn't bother me anymore.'
'Wow.' Emily muttered.
'It's fine really. My dad's a multi billionaire and... that takes time.'

'You can't bring that much Emily, one suitcase is it.'
'But-'
'No, I can only fit four bags in my trunk and whatever bag you're willing to have on your lap.'
'Ugh, fine, I'll empty some stuff in a bag.'
'You know I've got tons of clothes back home that you can borrow.'
'Really?'
'Walk in closet the size of our bedroom.' I smirked.
'You're the best.'
'I know, you ready?'
'Yep, lets go wait for the boys.'
We decided to take my car back to my place since it's easier than taking two cars since if Michael or I drive we'll just try racing the other car.
'They're late.' I groaned.
'Typical males.'
'Typical males what?' Michael was suddenly behind me.
'Oh nothing just put your bags in the boot.'
They nodded and did as I asked quickly getting everything in, including Em and my stuff.
'Thanks boys.' Emily grinned.
'No problem and... SHOTGUN!'
'Geez Michael, kill my ears much?' I grumbled getting into the convertible.
