I trailed Thane to the elevator. "Since you want to talk about my dreams, you and I can go up to my quarters and finish it." Thane gave me a hard stare. 3 hours later

I was suddenly awoken by the sound of my door sliding open. "Jesus, it stinks like sex in here." Shepard said as she walked in. "Who the hell caused all this?" That's when I realized Thane was no longer in the room. "Nevermind." Shepard said. "Tell me later, I thought I would come up and wake you up for lunch. We have some debriefing to do. You have an hour to get down to the command center. "Wait, did you see Thane?" Iasked. "Yeah, about 3 hours ago. He came off the elevator and was headed to the life support area. Wait a second, it was him!? Oh my God, I can't believe you finally got laid." She started dying laughing. "Shut the hell up!" I threw a pillow at her. "He fucking left me up here without even saying goodbye." She stopped laughing immediately. "Oh hell no. That's a dick move." "It's fine, I'll talk to him about it later." "If you say so. I'll see you downstairs." After she walked out, I started to cry. "What the hell. Why the fuck am I crying?" I stopped immediately. I was kind of hurt, but that was no reason to lose my bearing. I got out of bed and walked to the bathroom. I picked up everything on the floor and headed to the shower.

1 hour later

I stepped into the command center. Everyone was situated and ready for the debriefing. Thane wouldn't even look at me. "That's weird." I sat down as Shepard began to speak. "Our next mission is Arkangel. Our last reports have him being spotting on Omega being hunted by various mercenary groups. Vakera, you'll be leading this mission in with Kasumi and Thane. You up for it?" I stood up and grabbed the dossier. "Sounds easy enough, when do we go in?" "Two days from now." With that being said, she dismissed the crew. I followed Thane onto the elevator. Not a word was spoken. "Hey, can I talk to you?" Still nothing. I stepped directly in front of him. "I know you can hear me talking to you Thane." He finally acknowledged my presence just as the elevator door opened. He tried to take off into the life support wing, but I followed him. "Krios, stop fucking running from me." Finally he stopped. "What do you want human." He said in a monotone voice. I was slightly taken aback. "I was just wondering why you left me by myself upstairs." I had a thing with being abandoned ever since I was left at that orphanage. "I told you that I was not getting attached to you. I do not want a relationship with you. I gave you what you wanted, now leave me be." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I hate to say it, but I was already attached. Stupid bond. "I thought I was your Siha. That's what you kept calling me." He gave me a hard look. "That was a mistake. I thought that maybe I had been given a new one. It is clear that Irikah was my only one." That sent a shot of pain into my heart. "But you sa-" "Forget what I said. It wasn't true. I just needed a release and you happened to be the most convenient." I turned around and headed back towards the elevator. He never stopped me.
