🐚The Conch🐚

I was walking on the sea shore one dawn

Amidst the twilight and Seagull's cry,

To search the footprints on squishy sands

For a oyster left to die.

I found them here and there

Shimmering in the feeble sun ray,

I cast them to the lapping waves

And again walked along the bay.

A conch was crawling with her tiny body

I picked her up with care

I felt an urge to honour her beauty,

My enchantment with her to share.

She asked me " What's the purpose?

You can never fathom the Nature's secret

Why She adorns the Earth,

Be affluent on Her canvas to create."

I stroked her shiny shell

And placed her on the shore

"My purpose is to become the one,

Who can only worship Her canvas more."
