Newt stood and walked out of the infirmary with one last glance. My eyes immediately shot open and I threw the covers off. I raced out of the room and followed Newt.
He heard me coming, but was shocked when I threw my arms around him. "I'm here." I whispered.

Time lapse

We walked in the dead-heads together, passing lonely graves in each step. "So, what do you remember?" He stopped and turned towards me.
"I don't know, it's fading. But I know I saw you. Let's just get some sleep. I'm exausted." I sat down in front of a tree.
"You mean here? In the Graveyard?" He pointed at the ground. "You're crazy, Greenie." He reluctantly sat down next to me.
"Don't call me that..." I mumbled before sleep took over my brain.

He's here. I know it. I struggle to find my brother, searching my brain for his voice. I have memorized it, but I feel lost, sad without it. A voice rings in my head. "Everything is going to change."

I sit up, whacking my head in the rough bark of a tree. A tree....where am I? Newt's arm is wrapped around my waist and I remember last night.
He grumbles something under his breath. I feel the vibrations in his chest. "What was that?" I shook him and he finally sat up.
"Morning Gracie." his windswept hair was sticking up in many places but he still was perfect. What is wrong with me? "How did you sleep?"

Time lapse

I worked the day with Clint and Jeff as a Med-Jack. Pretty darn boring, if you ask me. I slid into the bench at noon next to Chuck and Thomas. "Hey. How's it going?" Thomas nodded to me.
"Well, I can tell you one thing, being a Med-Jack sucks." He chuckled and continued eating his soup.
A shadow lingered over me. "Hey, you're the Greenie, right? Grace?" I squinted and looked up at the dude. "I'm Henry." he stuck out a tanned hand.
"Hi. Yeah." I shook it lightly. Who knows what germs boys have?
"I was wondering if you wanted to maybe....oh, I don't know, go somewhere more private to talk?" He gestured to a table outside.
Was this guy delusional?!? We'd only just met! I looked at him and said, "Ya know, I'd really rather not. I'm trying to spend some time with my friends. But I'll see you around!" I said, and with that, I turned my attention back to my sandwich. I think ham came out of Chuck's nose.
