Back at the Leaky Cauldron, Hagrid and the twins, are at a long table, Eating soup. Everything is too quiet, Hagrid seems to notice that the twins seem upset. "Y'all all right? You two seem very quiet?" Hagrid asks concerned. "He killed our parents, didn't he? The one who gave me this." Harry asked very upset as he lifted his hair up. Hope looked at Hagrid, "You know, Hagrid, we know you do." Hope stated. Hagrid sighs and pushed his bowl away, " First, amd understand this, Hope, Harry, 'cause its very important. Not all wizards and witches are good. Some of them go bad. A few years ago, there was one wizard who went as bad as you can go. And his name is V-... his name is V-..." Hagrid tried to say, "Maybe if you write it down?" Hope said hopelessly. "No, I can't spell it. All right." Hagrid said quietly, "Voldemort." "Voldemort?" The twins asked quite loudly. "Shhh!" Hagrid said shushing them both. Hope looks around to see if anyone heard what they said.

"It was dark times, twins, dark times." Hagrid said. "Voldemort started to gather followers, brought 'em over to the dark side. Anyone that stiood up to him ended up dead. Your parents fought against him, but nobody lived once he decided to kill 'em. Nobody.... not one. 'Cept you two." Hagrid said finishing his story.

"Us? Voldemort tried to kill .... us?" Hope asked. "Yes. That ain't no ordinary cut on your head, Harry. A mark like that only comes from being touched by a curse... and an evil curse to... to You-Know-Who?" Hagrid said to the twins and mainly Harry. "Why don't I have a scar and only Harry does?" Hope asked concerned. "Dumbledore said when he found out that You-Know-Who killed your parents the first thing he asked was if the Potter twins are okay. Harry was the one who protected you from You-Know-Who." Hagrid told her. 

"What happened to.... to You-Know-Who?" Harry asked. He looked at Harry, "Well, some say he died. Codswallop in my opinion, Nope, I reckon he's out there, still, too tired to go on. But one thing's absolutely certain. Something about you stumped him that night. That's why you're famous. That's why everybody knows your name. You're the twins who lived." Hagrid said.
