Potter's Sister

The Hogwarts Express is travelling through the countryside, Harry and Hope found a compartment where they were alone. Ron comes around the corner and appears in front ofthe compartment door, "Excuse me, do you mind? Everywhere else is full." Ron asked nicely.

Hope looks up at him with a smile, "Not at all. Come in." She said greetingly. Ron sits beside Hope and holds out his hand, "I'm Ron, by the way. Ron Weasley." He says as Hope shakes his hand, "I'm Hope Potter." She told him. 

Harry holds out his hand and Ron takes it, "Harry, Harry Potter." Harry says to the red haired boy. Ron takes agape, "So- so its true? I mean, do you really have the- the.." Ron tries to say, "The what?" Hope asks for her brother. Ron leans forward so only the twins could hear him, " The scar?" Ron whispers.

"Oh," Harry says as he lifts his hair up to reveal his scar. "Wicked." Ron says in amazement. A trolley comes by the compartment, full of sweets. A sweet old woman stops and looks at the children, "Anything of this trolley, dears?" She asks. "I'll take a choclate frog, please?" Hope says handing the woman two coins. "There you go, dear." She says handing Hope the chocolate frog. 

Ron holds up his mushed sandwiches, "No thanks, I'm all set." He says as he smacks his lips. "We'll take the lot." Harry says pulling out his coins. "Whoa." Ron says excitedly.

Harry and Ron were sitting next to each other eating bundles of sweets. Ron's rat was perched on his lap a box covering his head. Hope looked at the boys, "Are you really gonna eat all of that?" She asks them. They both nod, "Look Hopey" Harry says to his sister she moves closer so she could see what he was gonna show him, "Bertie Bott's Every Flavoured Beans." He says to her. Ron chimes in, "They mean every flavour! There's chocolate and peppermint, and there's spinach, liver, and tripe. George sweared he got a booger-flavored one once!"Ron says with excitement.

Hope makes a disgusted face, "Yuck." Harry quickly takes the bean he was chewing out of his mouth. Hope picks up the blue and gold package she bought earlier, "These aren't real frogs are they?" She asks Ron. He looks at her, "Its just a spell. Besides, it's the cards you want. Each pack's got a famous witch or wizard, I got 500 meself." Ron says. 

Hope opens the package, and a chocolate frog jumps onto Hope. Harry opens his and his frog jumps onto the window and climbs up. "Watch it!" Ron yelled, the frog reaches the open gap in the window, and jumps out. "Oh, thats rotten luck. They've only got one good jump in them to begin with." Ron says.

Harry looks at his card seeing Dumbledore's image, "I got Dumbledore!" He says excitedly. Hope looks at hers and she sees Dumbledore too, "Me too!" "I got 6 of him." Ron says accomplished. Harry looks at his card again, "Hey, he's gone." He says showing the two the card. "Well, you can't expect him to hang around all day, can he?" Ron said in a duh tone. 

"This is Scabbers, by the way, pathetic, isn't he?" Ron asked introducing his rat. "Just a little bit." Ron looks at them as he just remembered something, "Fred gave me a spell as to turn him yellow. Want to see?" He asked. "Yeah!" The twins say amused. Ron clears his throat, "Ahem, sun-" He started to say before a girl, with bushy brown hair, dressed in her robes, appeared at the doorway.

She looks around for a moment, "Has anyone seen a toad? A boy named Neville lost his." Hope looked at her, "If it was a chocolate one it went out the window." Hope tells her pointing at the open window. "Who let the chocolate frog go out there?" Hermione asked. Hope pointed to her brother. Hermione giggles then looks at Ron who had his wand out, "Oh, are you doing magic? Let's see then." She says.

Ron clears his throat again, "Sunshine, daisies, butter mellow, turn this stupid fat rat yellow!" Ron chants as he points his wand at his rat, he zaps it but nothing happens. Ron shrugs. "Are you sure that was a real spell?"Hope asked. Hermione chimes in, "Well, its not very good, is it? Of course i've only tried a few simple spells myself, and they've all worked for me, For example..." Hermione says as she goes over and sits next to Hope. She points her wand at his glasses and Harry tenses, "Oculus Repairo." She chants, the tape on Harry's glasses vanishes repairing them as if they were good as new. Harry takes them off, amazed. 

"That's better, isn't it? Holy cricket your Harry Potter and your Hope Potter. I'm Hermione Granger... and you are?" She said looking at the twins then to Ron who had his mouth full of sweets. "I'm..." He started to say as he stopped to swallow his food, "Ron Weasley." Hermione looks him up and down, "Pleasure. You three better get changed into your robes. I expect we'll be arriving soon." She states before she gets up and leaves, then comes back and looks at Ron, "You've got dirt on your nose, by the way, did you know? Just there." She says as she points to the side of her nose. Ron rubs his nose in embarrassment. "She's right you do." Hope says to him.
