The beads of blood drip down her arms as warm tears paint her face . Her body shakes as she returns wrapping her arms in a loose gouge . She reaches her bed almost slipping midway making her dorm mates laugh at her , her eyes feel heavy again wanting to cry but she stops herself and quietly gets in bed hoping to fall asleep quickly .
Sleep ofcourse never comes and she finds herself roaming around the corridors .
She settles down on the floor in the corner after a while and takes out her phone .

Maya didn't want to see any more comments, she hated most of them there were nice ones here and there but seriously what do people gain from being homophobic . It never made sense to her .
She thinks about scrolling further down when she hears voices , she curses underneath her breath and gets up .
"Can you quiet down for fuck's sake !"
"You're the one that's yelling "
"Stop fighting like five year olds"
The voices seem familiar, she tries to make her way out quickly but its too late .
"Hey ! Who's that?"
Maya groans internally and turns around . Her eyes go wide in realization. It's Felix , Jisung and Chan .
"What you doin? " Jisung asks coming close .
"Uh .. I couldn't sleep so just roaming around I guess " she replies nervously.
"You're Maya right?" Felix asks standing beside Jisung followed up by Chan .
Maya is left stunned .
"How do you know?" She asks her voice quieter than usual afraid and nervous .
"Oh I found you poem notebook the other week so I was the one who returned it to the teacher and saw you taking it back the next day "
"Oh"
"So you can't sleep well neither can we"
And with that Jisung grabs her arm and drags her forward with them telling her to join them . She cringes as he his fingers wrap around her arm making her cuts itch but she ignores it effectively.
Chan mutters out a sorry from Han's side for his abruptness . Maya smiles telling him its all good .
They end up at the swings at the back of the school .
Jisung and Felix jump onto the swing immediately and start blabbering about things that make little sense .
"What did they have for dinner ?" She asks Chan smiling at their antics .
"Who knows ? I honestly didn't want to accompany them but they might've created a mess so I had no other choice but to follow up " he replies with a sigh.
"I see"
"Maya , you're pretty" Felix says suddenly approaching.
"Uh.. thanks?"
"Yea , I see you in history but I've never seen you smile and you look so good with a smile " Han joins in pulling her cheeks earning a hit on his head from her .
The night ends up in laughter.
She feels happy for once in a long long time .
