Every individual in the world can be and is already a leader of their own lives. But how can oneself be good at it?
From my perspective, a good leader is the one who sets their goals and plans for everyone's betterment. A leader should be the one who serves other people and not the other way around. He/She should have the ability, capabilities, capacity, confidence, and coordination while doing and giving services.
A good leader is a humble servant, always honest and open with good pieces of advice, this shows compassion towards their people. It gives them the chance to follow and accept the rules that were given to them and obey them gladly. Though many times that people might attempt to do wrong just to have what they want, a leader must not tolerate or urge them to continue it. He/She should act peacefully and godly with much respect and hard work so that people may have the courage to be righteous with what they do.
Things might get tougher just to be a good leader but one must sacrifice not for their good but for other people's sake to be a great role model to follow.
